Ven con nosotros y exploremos miles de años de historia hablando a través de sus calles y edificios notables en el casco antiguo de Quito! En este tour le daremos una breve introducción (3 horas de tour) a la ciudad Hablaremos de historia, arquitectura, costumbres y más ¡Quito nos espera!

La entrada al complejo de la iglesia es libre La entrada al templo principal cuesta 2 USD (no es necesario en el tour, en caso de que quieras entrar al templo principal puedes hacerlo pagando la entrada) aprenderemos sobre la iglesia más alta de todo el país ecuatoriano aprenderemos su historia y leyenda
Aprenderemos sobre la historia de este palacio de las fuerzas militares que tiene una historia bastante interesante y también veremos algunos muebles lujosos del siglo XX.
Entraremos en una estructura barroca que antiguamente era la sede del gobierno español y ahora es la casa de los obispos de la ciudad.
En la plaza del pueblo aprenderemos sobre la fundación de la ciudad de Quito y también sobre su independencia y pasearemos por el palacio de la presidencia y la famosa estatua de la Independencia.
Entraremos a una iglesia barroca construida en el siglo XVII y aprenderemos sobre la arquitectura del lugar y también sobre el catolicismo en la ciudad.
Aprenderemos sobre la iglesia más emblemática del casco antiguo de la ciudad, entraremos a ella, tal vez veamos una misa y aprendamos sobre la leyenda más famosa del lado colonial de la ciudad.
Al final de esta calle tenemos muchas tiendas que venden dulces y golosinas tradicionales que podemos degustar gratis y también aprender un poco sobre el proceso de elaboración de estos productos.

After just arriving to Quito this tour gave us an excellent overview of the historical centre. We got a lot of good information and could ask all sorts of questions. Finalizing the tour with chocolate tasting was also nice
We had a great tour with our family. Alexis was an excellent tour guide and kept our two girls (8 and 11) entertained and engaged. Alexis was very flexible with our booking and answered all my questions quickly and with consideration via WhatsApp. We enjoyed it all and loved the chocolate tasting! With highly recommend.
Alexis took us on a great tour through Quito. His english was flawless and he had so much knowledge about the coty Ecuador in general. He was kind, patient and a pleasure to spend the afternoon with.
Alexis was so welcoming and gave us a great overview of the history and culture. We have two young boys and he kept them engaged the whole time with great questions for them! The chocolate tasting was an excellent bonus to end the tour with.
This was super informative and really helps you understand some of Ecuador’s history. Alex was great, patient, friendly, and helpful. He took me to some historical places in the old city centre and did very well contextualising them. The chocolate tasting was also great! Highly recommend.
We were surprised to find that there were just two of us being shown around Old Town Quito by our guide, which made for an intimate and friendly tour. He was very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Quito, giving us interesting stories and fascinating insights into the locals' view of the various historic sites.
Excellent experience, our guide was very knowledgeable and had lots of interesting facts and stories to share with us. Lots of great places to visit. Cacao tasting was a good addition to the tour. The length of the tour was perfect to see the old town, we were just a small group, which was great for this kind of tour! Would definitely recommend
WOW! This tour is spectacular!! You must take this super cheap tour. It was just my boyfriend and I, we were very lucky to have our guide all to ourselves. He was excellent!

Great walking tour! Alexy, our guide was very good. His English was easy to understand. His love for his city and country certainly was very evident. He was very informative, providing good history and answering all our questions. . He also graciously waited for us when we were a bit delayed arriving at the meeting point. I certainly recommend the tour. The length is just about right 👍
