I would not recommend Viator based on a recent transport they arranged in Mexico. They appear to be unable to send an accurate ticket for travel with the correct location for pick up and drop off and were unable to put the correct times on the ticket . The operator that they picked did a good job however the operator wanted to charge an extra $60.00 for the trip in part because they mis interpreted the un clear ticket issued by Viator. I tried on multiple occasions to get Viator to deal with this problem and they have not responded to my multiple messages. It’s hard to believe that a third party company whose job is to arrange travel be various agencies doesn’t have an ability to send a accurate ticket! And when there was a problem they didn’t respond.
The whole park is very beautiful anf organized, thrre are many things to br seen and many activit to be done
