This was a terrible experience for me and my friends, we got to the meeting spot for pick and no one came. We even asked the local business owners who did inform us that no van has stopped for pickup on our time of arrival “but they come with in 15 mins from the time they have set. After 15mins of waiting we proceed to call the merchant to ask what’s happening to no answer we called and called no answer we then proceeded to call trip TripAdvisor customer service and they proceeded to call to no answer, we then spoke to another TripAdvisor customer service representative who tried to call more then “ten times” she proceeded to tell us and she couldn’t get through. It was just an all around terrible experience.

Our records show that our vehicle arrived at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time. Unfortunately, you were not present, and our team marked the booking as a no-show. We also have evidence that the pickup was carried out as scheduled. Before the tour, all the necessary information—including the meeting point, pickup time, and instructions—was sent through the booking platform and by email. This tour operates on a very strict schedule, and because we coordinate multiple guests and activities, we cannot delay departures. This is not the first time we have successfully operated this tour. It runs every day with punctual pickups, and the vast majority of our guests have no issues finding the meeting point and joining the experience. We regret that you missed the tour, but the service was provided as scheduled and in accordance with the information sent before your booking.
Its a total rip off. I've been to many jungle tours, this is the worst one. I don't mind paying, but the service gotta be equal to what you pay. 1. They recommend you buy bandana $10 each, or a face sock $13, glasses $27, pay the environmental fee of $35, all these fees no problem. But when you pay with the card, all my extras were $117, but they charged my card close to $160. They say %6 processing fee, they convert the dollar to $23 pesos so they can rip you off even more. 2. The ATV ride was only 15 min long. I spent 2 hrs from playa de carmen to get there and 1.5hrs driving back. The transportation is not a problem, but this business itself is a huge tourist trap and they rip you off. 3. Ive been to many jungle tours, I recommend any in playa de carmen, ive been with 5 different tours. 5 stars with all of them.

First, we want to be very clear that we do not scam our guests. All optional items, such as the bandana, face mask, goggles, and the environmental fee, are clearly disclosed before purchase. These are either optional purchases or mandatory fees that are communicated in advance, not hidden charges. Regarding your payment, we do not arbitrarily charge more than the amount shown. Card payments include a clearly disclosed processing fee, and transactions are processed in Mexican pesos using the exchange rate established by the payment processor or your bank. We do not control or profit from your bank’s exchange rate or any foreign transaction fees that may apply. As for the ATV ride, the duration is exactly as advertised. The total tour experience includes transportation, check-in, safety briefing, equipment, ATV ride, cenote, zipline, and other scheduled activities. Travel time from your hotel depends on your location and is not part of the activity itself. Guests staying farther away naturally have longer transportation times. We always encourage guests to carefully read the tour description before booking, as it explains what is included, the approximate duration of each activity, and any additional fees. Thousands of guests enjoy this experience every year because it matches exactly what is advertised. We respect every guest’s opinion, but describing the experience as a “scam” is simply not accurate. Overall the experience was wonderful. Everything was well organized from arrival to departure. The lunch provided is also pretty good. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

I had an incredible experience on this adventure tour in the jungle. From the beginning, the staff was very kind and organized. The ATV ride was full of adrenaline, traversing paths surrounded by nature and spectacular landscapes. The zip lines were among the best, very safe and exciting, with stunning views of the jungle. Afterward, ending in the cenote was perfect; the crystal-clear and cool water made the entire experience even more special and relaxing. Everything was very well organized, the equipment in excellent condition, and the guides were always attentive and entertaining. It is undoubtedly an activity I recommend for those seeking adventure, fun, and contact with nature in a single tour. I would definitely do it again!

Experience was great all The guys were friendly and nice! However who ever the person is that sends you the confirmation by text for the pick up is horrible and should be fired! Per the what’s app his name is Carlos Fernando I don’t think he has anything to do with the actual place here. Besides that everything was great.

A truly extraordinary experience from start to finish. From the first contact with the agency, the attention was friendly, professional and very organized, giving us confidence at all times. The tour was amazing: the ATVs were fun and well-guided, the zip lines exciting and safe, and the cenote just spectacular, perfect for cooling off and enjoying nature. The team was always attentive to every detail, making sure we all had a safe and memorable experience. Without a doubt, it is an activity that exceeds expectations and I highly recommend it.

It was clear that part of the service remained to be settled. On the other hand too many elements are omitted from the announcement of activities: no electronic device on the quad and zipline, extra to pay for photos or videos prized by the staff, extra for insurance in case of vehicle damage, extra to have a locker to store his belongings because backpacks or other type of bag are also not allowed, any payment in cb is taxed by 16% whereas in pesos no. The quad tour is totally uninteresting, no viewpoint, visit or just sensation. The ziplines are good, the cenote is refreshing but we could not stay more than 10/15 minutes, basic meal but correct. In short, disappointed first of all by the lack of information at the reservation and by the oversale side on site.

Arriving at the business park, it was agreed (on the description and on the voucher) that we had to pay a tax of 35 USD/person, at the reception we are told 45 USD/person. Although we showed our confirmation, the people at the reception did not want to hear anything. We had to call the emergency number on the voucher to not pay 10 USD/person extra without any justification. Also the park applies its own exchange rate... obviously to the disadvantage of the guests... I don't know if it's legal to apply its own exchange rate. So we + spent on site for a tax whose use we do not know the activity itself on the viator site. We found the on-site park policy dishonest and crooked.

there is a major problem with price transparency. The page states a “mandatory tax of USD 35 per person”, but does not specify which authority collects it or the legal basis. A private operator cannot charge taxes, so this charge should be clearly presented as an operating fee, not a “tax”.
