Para garantizar su comodidad y seguridad, proporcionamos trajes de neopreno, zapatos para el agua y chalecos salvavidas. Además, te ofrecemos un bastón para ayudarte a navegar por el río con mayor seguridad, ya que el camino está lleno de piedras. Itinerario
Esta aventura comienza cuando nuestro equipo te recoge en tu hotel y te lleva al famoso Río Secreto junto a la Playa del Carmen. Quien nos dirigirá a la recepción donde se le darán las primeras explicaciones sobre el tesoro natural que está visitando. De la misma forma se organizan los grupos máximos de 10 personas. Posteriormente un transporte nos dirigirá en combi hasta el ingreso a Río Secreto, ubicado a unos 7 km, donde estarán los vestuarios, el punto de recogida para la visita y el restaurante. Luego se le entregará su equipo necesario para este recorrido como estuche, chaleco salvavidas, zapatos para agua, un bastón para caminar, para luego iniciar el recorrido por las galerías subterráneas caminando sobre la roca y nadando un poco. Al salir de este recorrido, podrás disfrutar de un delicioso buffet y refrescarte de un agua de sabor. Antes de regresar a su hotel.

This trip was amazing - we got picked up from our hotel lobby by a minibus and then took a short approx 30 trip to the nature park. After booking in we then got transported into the jungle where we then got changed and issued with out wetsuits, water shoes, life jacket and helmet. After a short briefing we then went down into the caves. From begging to end the tour was incredible, very good guide David R - fun and informative. The pools and rivers running through the caves were just amazing. After the tour we had lunch which consisted of a buffet style taco choice with soft drinks. We then got transported back to our hotel lobby by about 2pm. Fantastic day and very well organised fr start to end! Would highly recommend!
Rio Secreto is amazing! Gabi was super ! She explained everything and made sure that everyone was safe and enjoyed the experience. Be prepared for a very bumpy ride from the entrance to where you enter the river. The meal at the end was authentic and very good.

This was not the tour we purchased. Ours offered a snorkeling feature, which Rio Secreto does not offer. I was treated like a common criminal at the site because Rio Secreto employees would not believe that I booked a tour that included snorkeling. Thank God I took a screenshot of the ad/tour I did purchase. When I showed the Rio Secreto manager, Gaby, she immediately recognized the foul play by the tour operator. But by that time, I was extremely embarrassed and disgusted. The food was terrible. Sandra at the restaurant is the “nacho warden”. She readily denies the guests food items that they are entitled to. The photo people were God awful. Their $120 highly overpriced photo package was mostly blurry pics because the tour people don’t tell you to tune the headlight lamp off before taking the photos. They would not consider/negotiate a reasonable price for the poor photos, so we opted out. The only good thing about our tour was Danny, the guide, who was extremely kind & personable. But after being yelled at by Rio Secreto employees for the tour operator’s falsity/fiasco, I was done. Never again will I work with this tour operator and they owe me a refund for the missing portion of my tour. Tour with someone else!

Hands down… the BEST excursion I’ve been on!!! Michael the tour guide was AMAZING! I would recommend you be pretty fit since you’re biking, hiking, and swimming for 6 hours. It’s at a decent pace and you get plenty of food and water, however, if you’re not used to being outdoors, then don’t do it. As for those of you who enjoy nature walks, this will not disappoint. Michael will explain the many animals you’ll see along the way and the history of the caves. I went by myself and quickly built a bond with the group. This is the perfect way to detach and enjoy nature in all of its beauty. 10/10. Highly recommend!
