Cocinarás 3 platos peruanos y 2 cócteles. Nuestro tour de cocina, coctelería y mercado peruano comienza en el Mercado de San Pedro (puerta número 1), con una visita a este mercado histórico. Probaremos algunas de las frutas más exóticas del Perú (superalimentos) Después de eso, caminaremos hasta nuestro estudio de bar, una casa tradicional de 1930. Comenzamos nuestra experiencia preparando los más deliciosos cócteles con frutas frescas (compradas en el mercado local que visitamos) y Pisco. Cocinarás : tamal peruano (quinua), cebiche y causa limeña. Nuestra clase es práctica y participarás en toda la preparación. Después de la clase también te enviaremos los recibos, para que luego puedas disfrutarlo con tu familia y amigos. Aviso: Los cócteles y experiencias de cocina en Cusco son por la mañana y por la tarde. * Por la mañana de 10:00 a 14:15 * Por la tarde de 15:30 a 19:45 Nuestros platos son fáciles de convertir en vegetarianos. Really good experience, food was incredible. I was expexting mid food but finally eaten my best cevische ever. Time was perfect. You are always trying food or drinks. Everything perfect.

Well worth it! Learned a lot about Peruvian cuisine and how Chef Jesus and team put a twist on dishes. Very good food - expect it as your big meal of the day. Chef Carlos was friendly and informative. The kitchen staff were kind and thorough. The market was fun to experience, especially tasting all the unique foods. Use the time to buy food-as-souvenirs while ya there. Highly recommend.
I had this cooking class with Carlos and we met at the market. He is very knowledgeable and engaging in his teaching methods and was able to give an idea of the history of the dishes we have eaten. The entire class was about three and a half hours but time well spent! We made a total of two cocktails: maracuya sour and chicha punch. For the main courses we had causa de la limena, ceviche, and quinoa tamales. For dessert we have picaronnes. This combination of putting a twist on classic peruvian dishes made the experience all the more enjoyable! I highly recommend attending this class as you will learn much to take with you home.

Great experience, Carlos is an excellent instructor and guide. He used to be a former chef and it really showed in how he taught the class. The class was also unique in its flavor profile with making a mix of more classic and Asian influenced Peruvian dishes. We booked this last minute and was worth every penny!
