The experience was very well organised and efficient. Our diver was so helpful, knowledgeable about the local area, passing on local knowledge and pointing out places of interest. He was so kind and helpful. I will definitely book with the company on our next visit. The theme park was amazing 👏

Fantastic trip. All went like clockwork, arrival and departure exactly as planned. The Driver (Peter) was very friendly and knowledgeable. Made the journey very interesting, geographically and historically. No problems with tickets for attractions. Thank you. Park was not busy due to the weather so we got on all the rides quickly

Energylandia was awesome, recommend to everyone. The only problem was that it was quite busy but its summer vacation time now so cannot blaim. You can buy the skip the line wristband at the place which makes it way faster. We’ve entranced at 10:00, it takes about an hour to get to the place. Kamil our driver was great, perfect English, pickups perfectly on time, he even waited for us with the cold water while being pickup to get back to Krakow which was awesome because it was quite hot day. 5/5, gonna recommend the Thousand Miles.

If ur ever in Krakow and need a ride to Energylandia u should try to grt hold of Szymon, he is the most kind hearted and hard working private driver in the whole of Krakow.

We had a great time in the park. It was really fun! We had a private car to and from the park. Our driver, Simon, was very pleasant and punctual, and gave us lots of great information about Kraków. I would definitely recommend this service to everyone.

some of the best rides we’ve been on, go on Tik Tok to see the best ones. The place is huge with loads of places to eat. With rides, the water park and the car stunt park; it’s definitely a full day. We got the train from Krakow which if you get on the one that arrives just before 10am includes a little road train to the park entrance. You have to walk back which is about 20 mins. Turn left as you leave the park rather than right or you’ll have to loop the park to get there. Signage is a bit confusing but you’ll figure it out. We went midweek so max queue time was 20 mins which was amazing.

Great customer service, excellent communication and driver was really friendly and informative. The rides at Energielandia are so good. Definitely get the fast pass as you literally go straight onto the ride and to the front of the queue.

We had a great trip. Loved the theme park and water park. Collected by Kuba at 9am for the 10am opening time and returned back to hotel wuth ease. Kuba was flexible re collection and we initially planned for 6pm when park closes but we asked if he could come an hour earlier and was more than happy to do so. He was there as planned. All communication via whats app and Kuba provided a picture of himself so we knew who to look out for. Its approx an hour away from Krakow. Easy to book through Tripadvisor. Park was clean, loads of places to eat. We didnt buy the fast pass as it was only a 10 minute wait for the rides. The locker rental was 17 zloty and you can keep using the different lockers at the various rides. Nice last day to the holiday we fitted this into a 4 day break, 2 days of sightseeing and thia day of fun

The park was very clean, diverse, and beautifully landscaped. Culinary offerings are available for everyone. The variety of attractions also impressed us. The "Energy Pass" is quite expensive (about €50/pass), but it was definitely worth it. The only thing that could be improved is the signage. While large maps are available at regular intervals, and there are plenty of signposts, they usually only list the major attractions. You have to search extensively for the smaller ones. All in all, it is a great amusement park!
