We absolutely loved our tour. We were the only ones on the tour and that made it even more special. We thought we had seen everything there was to see regarding making cheese on YouTube. While on our trip to Italy, we spent several days in the lovely city of Parma. Our tours and experiences through Food Valley were perfect. We began with a private cooking class with Christina - the experience of cooking and eating dinner in the cook's home was so much fun and the food was wonderful. While in Parma we also went on a tour of a Parmigiana Reggiano factory, a Prosciutto di Parma producer tour and lunch at a Agriturismo - all were very informative and the food was great! We also went to Modena where we had a guided visit and tasting lunch at a traditional Acetaia - as everything else, this was a great experience as well. We topped off the day by visiting the Ferrari museum and my husband got to test drive a car. The guides for each of our experiences were friendly, punctual and informative. Even with a last minute change of one of our guides, everything was seamless. Our tours were so personal and we can't say enough good things about each experience.

Our guide was fantastic! We knew it was one of the best cheese in the world, but after listening to the family story and seeing the whole process, we now know that it is simply the best cheese ever!!!!!
