Este circuito es perfecto para quienes deseen alejarse de la ciudad y estar un poco mas con la naturaleza. La visita a la montaña arcoiris de Palcoyo (Palccoyo) sera inolvidable. La caminata es muy suave de 30 minutos a 40 minutos y no veras mucha gente asi que podras caminar tranquilamente por el lugar. Luego puedes visitar el Bosque de Piedras.

The mountain roads to Palcoyo are difficult and the driver navigated quite well. The guide was very considerate of pace needs at the high altitudes. He made sure we learned about the area and were able to see everything and take good pictures. The mountains were unlike anything we have ever seen! We enjoyed watching the alpaca and sheep herds, as well.

This trip was amazing! The hike was an arduous but our guide was so encouraging! He encouraged us to take as many rest stops as we needed. He let us stop as often as possible to take pictures and answer questions. He was very knowledgeable about the entire area and freely shared his knowledge. When we finally arrived at the pinnacle of seeing the painted mountains, it was extraordinary. He let us take our time, take lots of pictures, and congratulated us on our achievement! I would highly recommend this tour to folks who visit Peru.
My experience was unforgettable. Erick was our guide, he was super fun to explore with and to spend the day with. He taught us words in Quechuan throughout our exertion, and was always cracking a good joke. I was left speechless on multiple occasions due to the awe inspiring views and energy of the place. It looks as if it is coming out of a movie set. The food was wonderful as well!! The whole trip was well organized and inexpensive, the team went above and beyond to meet our needs.
Bus ride was long and bumpy. Our guide knew very little English and we knew very little Spanish but made it work! Rainbow mountain was awesome. Great landscapes all around. Breakfast and lunch was good.
The place is very beautiful and very quiet, ideal to visit since there are not many tourists. The mountain is super beautiful and we enjoyed it a lot.
We traveled with older people and our agent recommended this mountain to us since it is much easier than Vinicunca and it is correct that we were able to visit Palcoyo without any problem.
