Conduce por tu cuenta o comparte un vehículo todoterreno para explorar un camino fuera de la carretera que conduce a una cueva de cenote oculta conectada al sistema fluvial subterráneo. El cenote está lleno de agua refrescante y cristalina con impresionantes estalactitas y estalagmitas, iluminadas por luz natural. Es el lugar perfecto para un baño guiado para refrescarse. El acceso es a través de estrechos pasajes que conducen a sus aguas cristalinas. El cenote cerrado ofrece una experiencia íntima y misteriosa, con iluminación tenue que realza su belleza. Para los amantes de la emoción, vuele a través de la tirolina más larga de la Riviera Maya, que se extiende 1 kilómetro. Disfruta de un tranquilo paseo por la selva con rapel y más tirolesas, luego vuelve a subirte a tu ATV para navegar por senderos rocosos y llenos de raíces. Termine el día con deliciosos tacos fritos y una ceremonia de bendición maya antes de regresar a su hotel o punto de encuentro de recogida.

Puede reunirse directamente en el parque o elegir el servicio de recogida en su hotel o el punto de encuentro más cercano. • Los guías le saludarán y le darán una introducción, explicando las actividades del día. • Disfrute de un baño guiado con chalecos salvavidas dentro de un cenote cueva conectado al sistema fluvial subterráneo, admirando estalagmitas y estalactitas naturales. • Experimente 5 emocionantes tirolinas a través de la selva, incluyendo una de 1 km de largo y otra que vuela en un cenote abierto, además de un pequeño rappel y un corto paseo por senderos de la selva. • Monta en todoterreno durante aproximadamente 40 minutos a través del terreno accidentado y plano de la selva. • Participa en un breve ritual maya. • Disfruta de un delicioso almuerzo de tacos fritos mexicanos. • Regreso a su hotel o punto de recogida en transporte.

This place did not communicate or follow up with me about anything. I tried calling , messaging and emailed them! Did not meet me where they said they would and ruined the entire day!
Booked this excursion around 9 am. My ticket said 1pm. At 11:20 we get a call from the company saying we were supposed to be picked up at 11:15. Again our ticket said 1pm, nowhere on there did it say 11:15. They told us we could take a taxi to Coco Bongo if we wanted to go or we could cancel. They said the reason we never got picked up was “we just got the email.” My husband asked if canceled do we get a full refund-they told him they would cancel on their end & we have to contact Viator. Very disappointing because we wanted to go. Now we are going back & forth about a refund. Really frustrating.
The excursion was ok for us and the people we're fantastic with a very upbeat personality. The communication between the operator and our driver was horrible and they were over 30 min late picking us up which we almost cancelled. Riding the ATVs were just on the roads you came in on and not in the jungle per day like they indicated. The time for this activity was only 2hours not 4. Was a little disappointed from that aspect.
I loved the Cenote experience wnd the guides were very informative. We felt safe the entire time we were there.

I absolutely loved this company . They made the process so easy from booking all the way to getting dropped off to our hotel. We really enjoyed the cenote and the atv. Everything was great.
Great time! Our guide Julio was awesome. Very Informative and paid attention to safety details. Do early in day, by afternoon it gets hot
They overbooked our van. We had to squeeze more people in on top of the 8 people we had. We had to wait while they FOUND these people to squeeze on. Nobody explained why we were waiting so long. The tour was supposed to be 5 hours and it took almost 8. We missed our other planned activities. They told us the park was overcrowded so we had to wait longer to rotate through all activities. The ride to and from the park was EXTREMELY bumpy and uncomfortable. Not a great option for an excursion unless you have tons of patience and an open schedule.
My partner and I had such a fun time. The crew was very helpful and picked us up on time! Our favorite part was the cenote, our guide Marlon Bueno was knowledgeable and overall had great attitude. I do recommend to bring your bug spray, and an extra change of clothes. We would do this again !
