Itinerario

Factory guide brilliant great tour
hank you so much for the wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that your tour of Schindler's Factory was so great and that your guide made such a brilliant impression. Providing engaging and insightful experiences for our guests is always our main goal! Thank you for choosing to explore with us, and we hope to welcome you on another tour in Kraków soon! Kind Regards, Discover Cracow Team
This was an excellent museum and an excellent guide. Don’t expect the museum to be about Schindler, it mainly focuses on wartime in Poland with some details about Schindler’s life. I found the guide personable and funny, but primarily, as is befitting a tour guide, informative. I definitely recommend.
Thank you so much for your glowing recommendation! We are delighted to hear that you had an excellent experience with both the museum and your guide. You made a very accurate and helpful observation—while the museum is located in Oskar Schindler’s former enamel factory, the main permanent exhibition is indeed dedicated to the broader history of Kraków under Nazi occupation, with Schindler’s story woven throughout. We are also thrilled to hear that your guide struck the perfect balance between being informative, personable, and engaging. Bringing history to life while keeping the atmosphere respectful and accessible is always our top priority. Thank you for choosing to explore with us, and we hope to welcome you again on future tours! Kind Regards, Discover Cracow Team
The tour guide was very knowledgable and professional, but the information provided was too condensed and there was not enough time for interaction by attendees. I recommend a slower and more interactive tour. But the tour guide did note that they were very pressured by many tours that day so I give this 5 stars anyways. The information provided was very good but lacked the story element. I was hoping to learn more about oskar's life story than his achievements.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback and for awarding us 5 stars despite the fast pace! We are glad to hear that you found your guide knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. At the same time, we completely take your constructive feedback to heart. The Schindler's Factory Museum can be particularly busy, and on high-demand days, strict timing protocols and crowd flow management inside the exhibition can unfortunately create a bit of time pressure. We also really appreciate your insight regarding the focus of the narrative. Oskar Schindler’s personal life and journey are just as fascinating as his achievements, and your feedback about adding more of that "story element" is incredibly valuable. We will share your comments with our guiding team so we can work on striking a better balance between historical context, personal stories, and guest interaction, even on busier days. Thank you again for your kindness, understanding, and recommendation! Kind Regards, Discover Cracow Team
I feel very strongly that it is important to share our experience so that others can benefit. We opted for a group tour, based on other reviewers saying that it was easier to have a guide because there was a lot of information to take in. However, for the following reasons, I wouldn't recommend this: 1. It is impossible to interact with the exhibits (sound recordings, music, powerful photos, images, written testimonials, official document) AND listen to the guide. It is too much of a sensory overload and you can't concentrate on the guide whilst trying to 'feel' the experiences witnessed in the exhibits. 2. ...especially when our guide spoke VERY fast, even after being asked to slow down, and, although she had excellent English, her accent was so strong that the accent/speed combined made it very challenging for a lot of people in our group. 3. We paid for a tour guide beforehand and then, on arrival at the museum, you pay for your ticket. We knew this. However, after what was a very overwhelming and tiring tour, exacerbated by the difficulty in taking in the words spoken, we were not allowed to go back and revisit the exhibits on our own if we left the main entrance to go the toilet/have a coffee/drink of water/an emotional break. I feel that this isn't fair based upon the price of the ticket. 4. The museum is badly laid out/organised considering the size and content of the exhibits and the numbers of people visiting. Expecially, when this very issue prevents individuals from revisiting after a tour. 5. I felt like our choice of a tour resulted in us 'falling through the cracks' so to speak: we could neither adequately hear or understand the guide nor could we look at and read the exhibits. I'd say don't do a tour!
Thank you for sharing such a detailed and honest account of your experience. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to outline your concerns; feedback like this is vital for us to understand where our service and the overall visitor experience can be improved. We are truly sorry that the pace and delivery of the guide’s commentary did not meet your expectations. We pride ourselves on providing clear, accessible communication, and it is clear that we missed the mark during your visit. Please be assured that we will address your comments regarding the guide's delivery, speed, and accent with our team to ensure we are offering the quality of service our guests deserve. Regarding the nature of the museum itself, you hit on a very important point. The Schindler’s Factory Museum is an incredibly intense, immersive, and emotional experience. We understand that balancing a guide’s narrative with the time needed to personally process the powerful exhibits can be challenging. We acknowledge that a tour structure may not be the best fit for everyone, and we appreciate you highlighting this difficulty for future visitors. We would also like to clarify the point regarding re-entry. The strict "no re-entry" policy is set by the museum administration due to their specific logistics, security protocols, and high crowd management requirements. We completely understand how frustrating it is to feel like you cannot take a moment of respite without losing access to the exhibition, and we regret that this policy, combined with the other issues you faced, turned your visit into such an overwhelming experience. Your perspective is valuable, as it helps us better manage expectations for future guests. Thank you again for your constructive criticism and for helping us look at our processes through your eyes. Kind Regards, Discover Cracow Team
Our guide Woycek was great. The museum itself was very cool and immersive but it was great having a guide to talk about it. Great guy 10/10
Thank you so much for the fantastic review! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that you had such a great experience at the Schindler's Factory Museum. It truly is a deeply immersive place, but having a knowledgeable guide to bring the history and stories to life makes all the difference. We will be sure to pass your wonderful words and 10/10 rating along to Woycek (Wojtek)—he will be delighted to hear that you enjoyed the tour so much! Thank you for choosing to explore with us! Kind Regards, Discover Cracow Team
Much to see and therefore a guide is preferable. We think the guide Woycek did very well

Only issue was i felt the pick up situation for tours wasn’t the most clear, waited in an already existing line to find out about half an hour later we need to go find our tour. No fault to the guide herself, she did text me and i hadn’t seen it. Didn’t find the tour and just walked around without one, however nice little museum, pretty informative, interesting things to see. Enjoyed the stamps throughout as little take-homes.
Dear Traveler, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are so glad to hear that you found the Schindler's Factory Museum to be informative and that you enjoyed the interactive elements, like collecting the stamps along the way! We are, however, very sorry to hear about the confusion surrounding the meeting point and that you missed the guided portion of your visit. The area directly outside the museum can get incredibly busy and crowded with various queues, which can make finding the right group tricky. We truly appreciate your honesty in mentioning that our guide did reach out via text to locate you. Our guides always try their absolute best to coordinate and gather everyone before heading inside, but we completely understand how easy it is to miss a message when you are navigating a new, bustling environment. We are glad that you were still able to enter and explore the exhibition independently, and that you had a pleasant experience overall. We will use your feedback to see how we can make our meeting and pickup instructions even clearer to prevent this from happening to future guests. Thank you for choosing to explore with us! There is nothing original. Expensive and bad. Totally dispensable. It is not worth it. The polo party museum is somewhat more interesting.
Little disappointing....just seeing the outside would have been enough for us! Inside, only Oskar Schindler’s office remained in its original condition. The rest of the factory has been converted into a museum with a general story about the war. Too bad.
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand that visitors often expect the Schindler’s Factory Museum to focus solely on Oskar Schindler's personal story and the factory itself. As you correctly noted, while his original office is preserved, the permanent exhibition, "Krakow Under Nazi Occupation 1939–1945," is designed as an immersive historical museum that tells the broader, tragic story of the city and its residents during the war. We are sorry that the concept of the exhibition did not fully match your expectations, but we appreciate your valuable insights. Kind Regards, Discover Cracow Team
WATCH OUT! Do not book with Discover Cracow! I booked entrance tickets for Schindlers Factory, juist tickets without a tour. Booked them in February for June. We would receive the digital tickets one day before the tour. Did not receive them. Got a whats app message from an unknown number that we would get tickets the next day at 16.40. but we booked for 10.40. tried to call, did not work. Sent a whats app message to the number known to me. No answer. Went to the factory next day. Our confirmation was not accepted. Called again. Spoke to someone who said indeed tickets would arrive later that afternoon. We just needed the tickets digitally, because we had no tour booked. They could not explain why they could not send us the tickets. Were very un polite. We ended up booking tickets directly at the factory. Was much cheaper. Sent a whats app message twice for explanation and refund. No answer. Sent email twice. Got confirmation that email was received and that I would receive answer soon. Never received any answer at all. Unbelievable hoe this company treats their customers. So, do not book anything through them. To not react at all after contacting them through multiple options, is so rude!
Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Providing seamless service and clear communication is our top priority, so it is deeply concerning to hear that you felt unsupported. We sincerely regret that there was a breakdown in communication or a misunderstanding regarding your ticket delivery time, and that our responses did not reach you as they should have.
