Las recogidas tienen lugar entre las 8:00 AM y las 9:00 AM. Recibirá confirmación de su recogida, incluida la hora exacta, antes de las 7:00 PM del día anterior a su recorrido. Si su hotel o apartamento no aparece en la lista, escriba su dirección de recogida en la sección de Requisitos especiales de la reserva. La recogida se realizará en la dirección seleccionada durante la reserva. Si su dirección se encuentra dentro de una zona de tráfico restringido o no es posible detenerse directamente al lado del hotel, organizaremos el lugar de recogida más cercano posible para su conveniencia. Si no selecciona ninguna dirección durante la reserva, la recogida se realizará desde el punto de encuentro en el casco antiguo. Nuestros guías hablan Inglés y polaco. Guías de habla Española también están disponibles los fines de semana. Se dispone de otros idiomas en forma de guías informativas.

The trip was amazing, everything was very well planned and our guide Wiktoria was absolutely fantastic and really helpful.
My first trip to Poland and stumbled across the trip to Zakopane. It looked stunning and so booked with booking.com and I am SO glad I did! I was worried as the FB group I joined was had experiences where bookings had been cancelled or not turned up but I can’t give anything but praise for this trip. Pickup was confirmed the night before and our fabulous tour guide (Wictoria) messaged me directly to confirm the time too. She was an absolute ray of sunshine and full of information which she shared throughout the day. The little village we stopped in first was absolutely beautiful and it only got better when we arrived in Zakopane. Wictoria shared so much info via WhatsApp including best places to eat, activities, tips for the various spots which was very helpful and allowed me to organise my time wisely whilst there. Timings for various stops were made clear and the bus was spotless with a great playlist! The thermal baths was our final stop and every single question you could possibly have was answered on the way there both verbally and via text. If you are thinking about booking do it! Such a brilliant day out and a definite highlight of my Poland trip. Thank you so much Wictoria for your fabulous attitude and knowledge. Your passion shines through which made the trip ever better. This trip to Zakopane was everything that I wanted from it and even more. Especially because of our guide Wiktoria, she is the best guide that I was ever on trip with. Her English is perfect, she knew everything we needed, told us lot of interesting things, was funny, definitely not a boring guide🙂. She gave us a lot of recomendations during the trip and even recomendations after - what to do in Krakow. And the bus driver was also awesome so I don't forget him. I enjoyed the trip to the fullest and would recomend it to everyone.
Wiktoria, our guide, was brilliant from start to finish. She made the tour dynamic, interesting and fun. Pick up was on time. The day was well organised with enough time for each activity/stop. Definitely recommend !
