Esta plaza central lleva el nombre de Simón Bolívar, el libertador de América del Sur. Cuenta con una estatua de Bolívar y una fuente única con cuatro caras. Históricamente, es el corazón de la ciudad, rodeado de edificios importantes como el Banco de la República y la Casa de la Aduana.
Uno de los edificios más antiguos de Santa Marta, originalmente fue la Casa de la Aduana. Más tarde, se convirtió en el lugar de descanso temporal del cuerpo de Simón Bolívar tras su muerte en 1830. Hoy en día, es un museo que exhibe la rica herencia de la cultura indígena Tairona.
Este pintoresco paseo ofrece impresionantes vistas de la bahía y está marcado por una estatua de Rodrigo de Bastidas, el fundador de Santa Marta. Cerca de allí, El Morro, una pequeña colina, se erige como un hito natural que protege la entrada a la bahía.
Un puerto moderno construido en 2009, es un refugio para yates y barcos de lujo, que ofrece una sofisticada mezcla de servicios náuticos y hermosas vistas al mar. Es una de las marinas más avanzadas del Caribe.
Esta tranquila playa, conocida por su ambiente relajado y sus cocoteros, ofrece un ambiente más tranquilo en comparación con la bulliciosa ciudad. Es perfecta para una escapada tranquila, a poca distancia del centro de la ciudad.
Un lugar favorito tanto para locales como para turistas, este parque está rodeado de edificios históricos y restaurantes vibrantes. Es un punto de encuentro social donde la gente se reúne para disfrutar de la vida nocturna y la cultura local de Santa Marta.
Un cementerio y parque histórico, San Miguel es un lugar tranquilo lleno de antiguas tumbas y mausoleos, que ofrece un vistazo al pasado de la ciudad. Es un oasis de calma en medio de la bulliciosa ciudad.
La catedral más antigua de Colombia, data de 1766. Tiene un gran valor histórico, ya que fue el lugar donde se guardaron temporalmente los restos de Simón Bolívar, y también es el lugar de descanso del fundador de Santa Marta, Rodrigo de Bastidas.

I had a relaxing ride with Philippe as our guide. He was cheerful and very informative. He made sure we were safe amongst traffic and pedestrians. The stops were reasonably close together so plenty of time to talk about the history of Santa Marta as well as some great tips along the way. I will return again.
Flat easy ride. Enjoyed the sights and descriptions. Guides were knowledgeable. It was great to see the map of our route in advance.
Good bike, busyvold streets abs people do not pay attention to bikes. Tour was very informative about the old history if the city. The fishing area was a highlight. As was Ana Marie's passion for the area and its history. Highly recommended for the interested in the city's history.
The bikes were in good shape and the tour lasted about two hours. Roghly 10 stops were made to explain a park or statue and the guide was very good. The ride is done around sunset and the views are excellent.
It's not about cycling. the actual cycling is probably 15 min over 2 hours. there are recurrent stops where the tour guide would spend 10-15 min explaining. Sometimes we stopped for 30 min. If you are looking to cycle dont go here.

We had the best time on this tour with Juan Pablo! We learned so much and left with great recommendations for things to see and places to eat. Highly recommend when you first get the city. Beautiful sunset views!
Well booking the tour it gave me two options to meet up, so of course I mapped them to see which worked for me, and the second one was just a few blocks away. So I booked everything and waited five hours till it was time to go. When I arrived at the location it was an abandoned sight. So I quickly looked the address up again and everything seemed right. Till I downloaded the app and checked my reservation and the sight I had chosen was across town. And it was too late for me to make my tour. So be aware, this tour site uses misdirection for your money. I would not recommend this tour company to any of my friends and would encourage everyone to rid it from their vacation.

No sabemos qué buscador utilizaste, pero con Google Maps la ubicación es precisa y no presenta confusión. Lo ocurrido corresponde a un error en la verificación de la dirección fuera de nuestras indicaciones. Por esta razón, no es correcto afirmar que existe algún tipo de “mal intencion” por parte de nuestra empresa. It was a very convenient tour around the streets of Santa Marta, thanks to the bicycle. I was a bit worried because I came late on the meeting point but I was still able to catchup with the group. I learned a lot about Santa Marta’s history through this tour.
This little tour is a great way to get a sense of the city. Lots of great history; food suggestions; and an expert and thoughtful guide. Plenty of time to ask questions. The bikes are simple and in good repair and helmets are available if you'd like one. Riding wasn't difficult and local drivers were accommodating. Highly recommend!
