The smallest hard rock I've been to, so Recommendation to book, to those who want to go. Friendly staff and professional service, nothing to say. The sandwiches are clearly as good as the rest of the dishes. It was a pleasant stage with a "standard hard rock" musical climate. Clearly prices are high, as in all of Munich, for that matter.

Honestly need to update what we get, paid for ultimate menu, got given the gold, 2 courses instead of 3? Didn’t know what I was suppose to be getting because it was so vague

Good atmosphere but be very careful when paying. I like going to the Hard Rock Cafe and last weekend I visited the Hard Rock Cafe because I was in Munich for the Metallica concerts. The staff are mostly friendly. Because it was very busy on Saturday I paid for every beer straight away. Even though I tipped as usual, I had to ask where my change was. That shouldn't really be the case, price 13 euros, they say make it 15 euros, pay 20 euros and then ask for 5 euros back and the barman then acts stupid. I have the impression that this scam happens very often, especially when it's full or customers are already drunk. What a shame.

As always, a must if you're in a city that has a Hard Rock Cafe! I had the pulled pork sandwich and was absolutely satisfied. One point deducted for the service, who unfortunately spoke very poor English and seemed a bit disorganized. Otherwise, I'd be happy to go back!

I love hard rock cafes, so even in Munich you had to at least go for a dessert and cocktails quickly. Our waiter was completely overwhelmed and stressed. When glass broke (glasses fell off his tray) it was all over with him. The glass was then not taken away, so the floor behind us was full of glass. There was also no Service at our table after that. When we then - and this was a novelty for me - asked for the manager, everything changed. Thank you for taking care of it and for ending the evening really nicely.

There were two of us for lunch at the Hard Rock Café. Everything is just right here, this is Hard Rock Café as it should be. The Mood is nice and generous with numerous exhibits. The Hard Rock Café is located in Munich am Platzl, directly opposite the Hofbräuhaus. The Mood is very cozy and clean. The staff is very friendly. Our service was super nice and fast. Our food was very delicious! It's worth a visit. We would definitely come back!

Horrendous. Don’t go here. Food was disgusting and a soda water out the pump is £4.80. Absolutely skank.

We went to the hard rock cafe to eat something different from typical German food. Both the sandwiches and the caesar salad were very tasty. Good service. I recommend.

Nice staff but unfortunately they failed with the meat twice after each other first cooked through and then it became kind of raw instead. So unfortunately the food made me give bad judgment. But to weight it that was both restaurant and bar staff nice.
