Naveem was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, beyond the tour. He sent us food recs for Munich, as well as the other cities we were visiting. On the tour, he gave us great tips and insight, and I wholly recommend the experience.

For us.. there was confusion on where to meet. Our paperwork indicated at our hotel, but the tour operator said to meet at a fountain several miles away. We did not get a two hour tour for this reason. I give it three stars since I liked the tour operator and its Viators fault the meeting place was incorrect.

My son and I had 24 hours in Munich. The three hours we spent with Anna touring the old city center and its many points of interest was the highlight of our time there. Anna made sure we saw the things we wanted to as well as added several very interesting points of interest herself. Anna has a great knowledge of the city and it’s history and her recommendations for places to eat and shop were very helpful and appreciated. Overall it was a great experience that exceeded my expectations.

We had booked a guided tour in the city center and deliberately chose not to have a tour about National Socialism. Unfortunately, the guide had to tell us everything about AH in Munich, and that unfortunately took over an hour. What a pity.
