Es posible que el ministerio de cultura requiera llegar con 2 días de anticipación dependiendo de lo ocupado que esté. Programaremos la recogida en función de las opciones seleccionadas para este tour. Para la opción Auto + Tren podemos recoger en Cusco. Para la opción de tren podemos ayudar con la llegada a la estación de tren en Ollantaytambo. Si se reserva sin opción de carro/tren, la reunión se coordinará en la localidad de Aguas Calientes. Si no se selecciona ningún complemento de transporte, el punto de encuentro para este tour es en Aguas Calientes. Se requiere información de pasaporte para que podamos reservar su boleto de entrada al sitio. AVISO LEGAL: Las entradas en línea se agotan con meses de anticipación, pero la Oficina Cultural en Aguas Calientes reserva 1000 entradas por día para la compra en persona. despite the MP entrance ticket being included in the price, we were informed, after the purchase, that the tickets were not available, and that the only solution was to wait in line at dawn the day before. Finally, the tickets were fortunately found, even if only two days before the tour date. Despite this inconvenience, we had a fantastic experience, especially thanks to the professionalism and friendliness of Percy, our guide, who was able to satisfy all our curiosities, dedicating all the necessary time to us to experience the magic of MP, without ever showing impatience, but rather appreciating the time spent together and making all his knowledge available.

This was a very detailed and well-thought-out itinerary made for the two of us. From arriving at the airport to all transportation and adventures, we had the BEST service from this company. Has such an amazing experience. The tour company managed to secure us tickets to circuit 3 with no need to arrive early in aguas calientes. On the day of the tour Juan Carlos met us at the bus stop and managed to get us up with no time waiting on lines. Once up Juan Carlos was an amazing tour guide - he thoroughly explained everything, had lots of patience for questions, and managed to get us to all the best points for pictures. 10/10 experience!!
This is a must do if you are visiting Peru! Our guide Percy was absolutely incredible - came to meet us at 5am at our hotel to walk us to the bus, navigated us seamlessly, answered all of our questions and was so passionate and knowledgeable about all things Machu Picchu and beyond! He was incredible and made the day incredible. Highly recommend booking and requesting Percy!
