The experience was very educational ,highly recommended to visit if you come to krakow it’s worth your time. And part of our tour fees goes to renovate the place. Thank you Philip for insuring no one is left behind during the tour.

The tour itself was amazing, and our English-speaking tour guide was extremely informative and knowledgeable. However, the pickup company changed our pickup time to 5:50am just two days before the tour, moving it four hours earlier than originally planned. This left us with no realistic opportunity to reschedule or make alternative arrangements. I’ve since heard that last-minute pickup time changes like this are fairly common, which is disappointing. Overall, the tour was excellent, but the pickup arrangements were frustrating and could have been communicated much earlier.

Excellent tour Mickey was very professional and our tour guide at Auchwitz was very respectful and knowledgeable (can’t remember his name but we did the tour on 12/8 at 13.20).

Our trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau was brilliant. The whole process from point of booking to getting dropped back off in krakow was faultless. Our guide Mickey on the bus was brilliant. His communication and making sure we all knew where to go and what times was spot on. I definitely recommend doing a guided tour on the trip as listening to the guide on headphones while walking around the sites made it even more immersive and the information they give is so detailed and Informative which brings another level to the experience of the trip. Highly rated trip with a highly rated company and an experience I recommend people should do.

We had an incredible guided tour of Auschwitz and Birkenau, and I genuinely cannot recommend it enough. Mickey, our bus tour man, was amazing from start to finish. He made sure everyone was comfortable, the journey was smooth, and he provided plenty of information along the way. We were also given plenty of time at each part of the tour without feeling rushed. Kris, our guide, was absolutely incredible. He spoke with such passion, knowledge and, most importantly, respect. He shared so much information and history with us, while also addressing some of the facts and misconceptions about this period of history that are often twisted or misunderstood in everyday conversation. What really stayed with me was the message Kris left us with at the end. He gave us all something to take away and think about that relates to our lives today. It made the whole experience feel not just like a history lesson, but something deeply meaningful and relevant. Auschwitz and Birkenau are not places you simply visit and forget. This was an incredibly eye-opening experience, and it is something I know I will remember for a very long time. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to visit — provided they do so with the respect and understanding that a place like this deserves. Thank you to Mickey and Kris for making such a powerful experience even more meaningful. ❤️

Unfortunately, little organization. There was a lack of professionalism in the assistance, which for organizational reasons was only in English and provided by a guy with little experience.

Great pick up....touŕ guìde friendly and informative. On arrival, different tour guide, who was quite repetitive on information. Not enough time to read information on exhibits. Birkenau tour a little rushed.
