Nuestro viaje a Salt Mine comenzará con un traslado desde un lugar previamente determinado en Cracovia desde un hotel o apartamento. El viaje de Cracovia a Wieliczka dura unos 40 minutos. Información sobre la hora de recogida que recibirá un día antes del viaje.
Visitar la mina de sal de Wieliczka toma 3 horas. Antes de visitar, recibirá auriculares para escuchar mejor la guía. La ruta completa es de menos de 3 km y hay más de 800 escaleras para subir. Sin embargo, son golpeados en lotes. Volver a la cima es el ascensor.
Después de completar el recorrido, el conductor lo llevará a su hotel / hostal / apartamento en Cracovia

Everything was perfectly organized. Marcel our driver was super friendly and professional, we highly recommend him.
Excellent tour using welcomeinKrakow pre pick up info superb driver Mathius excellent and couldn't have done more. Slight downside Mine tour rushed would have liked another 20/30 minutes promised a 15 minute break in mine which was reduced to 6 on arrival at cafe toilets. This is a mine issue not the operator.
Brilliant day made so much better with excellent organisation and communication from the team at Welcome in Cracow. Cannot recommend the Salt Mines tour highly enough. A fascinating half-day tour.

The driver picked us up right from our rental apartment. The driver explained all well in advance. The tour itself was very well organised. There is really a lot of walking inside the mine (ca 3,5 km). Driver also waited us on the exit and toon us to Krakow where we wanted.

Amazing salt mine with many salt statue and large cathedral at bottom. Caution, over 800 steps to the bottom, but well worth it.

Excellent trip. Well organised. The driver Konrad was on time, helpful and very friendly. The tour guide in the mine was called Isabella. She was fantastic, her in depth knowledge of the mines was astonishing plus she had a wicked sense of humour and that made the visit even better. My wife and I loved the tour it was well worthwhile.

Really amazing tour with a great guide. Definately need comfy walking shoes/trainers. Lots of stairs and walking. Was absolutely shattered after but well worth it. I have hearing aids so they had special earphones so that was excellent. Pick up from hotel was on time and great communication via watsap. Highly recommend this trip.
