Tour en Grupo : Lago Sevan & Monasterio de Sevanavank con Paseo en Barco

This is the third tour we've done with Hyur Services, and we were lucky to get both Sam and Spartag again! We had been with them on different tours separately, this was the first time together. I was immediately confident that this was going to be a great experience, and it was. It unfortunately rained hard at the end of our tour in Sevan, but you wouldn't know the drive was difficult with Spartag behind the wheel. The tour we had at the monastery in Sevan was fantastic. Sam is a terrific story teller, explaining the story of the khathkars, especially the one inside the monastery with the rare depiction of Jesus on the cross. He surprised us again with just how much he knows about the history and culture of so many regions of Armenia. Thank you again Hyur Services for another unforgettable tour with your amazing team.

Good tour, very easy, but interesting. The pleasant and charismatic guide Samvel left a good impression. Unfortunately, the weather happened, so it was not possible to buy, but nevertheless everything liked.

My sister and I booked this tour directly with Hyur Service, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience from start to finish. We were staying at the Tufenkian Heritage Hotel, and it was only about a 10-minute walk to Hyur Service’s office, which was the designated meeting point. The coach itself was a highlight of the trip—it was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with wooden flooring, leather seats equipped with seatbelts, and free Wi-Fi throughout the journey. Complimentary bottled water and biscuits were also provided, which was a thoughtful touch. Our driver was professional, drove safely, and made the journey very comfortable. Our tour guide, Gayana, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. As we travelled, she shared fascinating historical information about Armenia and Lake Sevan in both English and Russian, making the journey just as enjoyable as the destination itself. Lake Sevan was absolutely mesmerizing. I would recommend bringing a light jacket, as it can get quite chilly, especially when walking up to Sevanavank Monastery. I was particularly impressed by how well organized the tour was. The Russian-speaking group took the boat ride first while Gayana guided the English-speaking group to Sevanavank Monastery. We then swapped over and met again afterwards for the boat ride. The itinerary flowed seamlessly and ensured that no one was waiting around unnecessarily. There isn’t a scheduled lunch stop, but after the boat ride you have about an hour of free time, which is more than enough to explore the area. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants where you can grab something to eat or drink, and several souvenir and jewellery shops—I even picked up some lovely gifts before heading back to Yerevan. Overall, this was an excellent, well-organized tour with outstanding service. I would happily recommend Hyur Service to anyone visiting Armenia.

Lovely trip. Lake Sevan was beautiful. Some gorgeous views from the monastery and on the boat. Our guide Gyana looked after us well and provided us with a knowledgeable insight into the local area and history. Also mention to our driver Spartan who ensured we had a smooth journey.

Everything was perfect, from the driver (sparta) and the tour guide (Gayane) , i totally recommend it. Best for a quick city getaway.

Everything was great. Guide Gayane explained everything about Armenia in detail and clearly. If we are still in Yerevan, we will no doubt still book excursions with this company. I recommend it!
