The hot-air balloon flight was much more than just entertainment—it became a beautiful memory that will stay with me for a long time. From the very beginning, it was clear how professionally everything was organized. Your team’s preparation, attention to detail, organization, and sense of responsibility immediately inspired confidence. It was especially reassuring to see that every detail had been carefully considered not only to make the flight beautiful and enjoyable, but also to ensure that the entire experience was as safe, comfortable, and reliable as possible. The calm and positive atmosphere you created was also very important to me. When you are in the air, literally several hundred meters above the ground, it is essential to feel that you are surrounded by people who truly know what they are doing and are fully in control of the situation. That sense of confidence accompanied me throughout the entire flight today. I would like to express a special and heartfelt thank you to our pilot, Manuk. His professionalism, experience, calmness, attentiveness, and confidence were truly impressive. It was wonderful to see how confidently and precisely he operated the balloon while remaining calm, friendly, and caring toward the passengers. With a professional like him by your side, you can simply enjoy the moment, take in the surroundings, feel the freedom, and fully immerse yourself in such a unique experience. I especially appreciated the fact that his approach combined great professionalism with genuine human warmth. That is exactly the combination that turns an ordinary service into a truly memorable experience. What I will take away from today’s flight is not only the beautiful scenery and photographs, but also the feeling that, for a few hours, I stepped away from everyday life and saw the world from a completely different perspective. I am truly grateful to your entire team for creating that feeling. Flying with Skyball was a magical experience that everyone should try at least once. The emotions are simply indescribable. Our flight took place over Garni, where we enjoyed breathtaking views. We even sipped champagne during the flight. After landing, it was fascinating to hear the story of the very first hot air balloon flight and take part in a special ceremony that made me a “countess”🤭💛

I went there with my friends, and it turned out to be one of the best experiences of my life. It’s a memory I’ll never forget. Standing up there, I felt like I could breathe in the mountains and the whole country. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and for a moment, everything else disappeared. Every second, every effort, and every step it took to get there was completely worth it. If you have the chance, don’t hesitate. It’s more than just an activity—it’s a feeling that stays with you long after it’s over.

They came to pick me up at the hotel and took me back, no surprise extras. The whole road was driven in comfort, upon arrival offered tea/coffee and treated to cookies - this cheered up great before the flight. We started from a picturesque spot near Garni Township. First we participated in the process of filling the ball – it is a separate mesmerizing sight Pilots are masters of their trade. We had pilot Manuk. We've been given a detailed briefing. Flying smoothly, softly, wasn't scary at all After the perfect landing, we were in for a real rite of passage to the aeronauts. Everyone drank champagne, ate sweets and got name certificates. Very soulful and family-friendly. Thank you to the huge Skyball team.

This was so well organized. The Skyball team and lead host Manouk were warm and gracious. The transport to and from my door, the food, the orientation, seeing the whole set up process, the music, liberal pouring of champagne during and after the flight, it all rocked. I certainly felt safe at all times. At the end, the "baptism" toast, and granting of my award certificate of honor as a first-time flier, was a nice touch! Our hosts obviously love their work and their homeland, and sharing beautiful Armenia with us from the sky! This experience has soul! You must do it!

It is not like you imagine - a flight with a balloon. After trying different activities, we can say that the balloon ride was truly pleasant. It was really well organized, with pickup, a sparkling glass and some fruit snacks at the end. We really loved it and recommend it, mentioning also that Manuknis a great professional. :)
