The trip to Jermuk with driver Arman exceeded all expectations! We want to express huge gratitude to Arman for his highest professionalism and comfort. The road to Jermuk is winding, but thanks to his careful and confident driving, we felt completely safe throughout the journey. Arman is not just an excellent driver, but also a wonderful person. He told us the best viewpoints, advised where to try the most delicious local food, and shared interesting facts about the resort. The car was in impeccable condition: clean, comfortable, and with air conditioning. If you are planning a trip to Jermuk, we sincerely recommend contacting Arman.

A Wonderful Experience and Exceptional Support I had a really enjoyable experience on this day trip. The tour was very well organised, with a great balance between sightseeing, interesting information from the guide, and enough free time to enjoy each of the places we visited. The itinerary felt well paced throughout the day, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Our tour guide was Satine Kyarunts. She was knowledgeable, approachable and attentive, and she did a great job of making the day enjoyable while also giving us plenty of interesting information about the places we visited. The transportation was comfortable as well, and overall the tour was very easy and pleasant to follow. Unfortunately, I had an accident during the trip and sustained an injury, which was obviously an unexpected and stressful situation. What really impressed me was how professionally and compassionately the tour guide responded. She immediately took the situation seriously and started coordinating with the relevant medical services to make sure I could receive appropriate care as quickly as possible. The driver was also incredibly helpful and took me to the nearest medical facility. At the same time, the rest of the group was able to continue the planned programme with another guide, so the situation was managed incredibly efficiently without unnecessarily affecting their experience. I felt genuinely looked after throughout the process, and both the guide and driver were incredibly supportive and empathetic. For me, this was particularly important because you only really see the quality and professionalism of a tour operator when something unexpected happens. In this situation, the team handled everything calmly, quickly and with genuine care. Overall, I would definitely recommend this tour. It was a very enjoyable and well-organised experience, and I was especially grateful for the kindness, professionalism and support of our tour guide when I needed it most.

Long tour, but enough time to explore the different sites. For lunch I would advise a location with a nice view, not a typical food court along the road.

Our tour guide Anahit was excellent. She went out of her way to make sure we all understood the sites, and she was very friendly and patient. Her English explanations were very good and accurate. I highly recommend this tour.

This was one of my best trips. Professional team, well-organized and very safe. The guide Lili was beyond knowledgeable and helpful. All the information provided by her throughout the tour was very interesting. Being born in the places that we visited, i found out a lot of new and interesting details about those places from Lili. I greatly enjoyed each moment and am highly recommending. If you ever visit Armenia, make sure to book your tours through One Way Tour and attend one of Lili’s tours. Promise you will enjoy it. Gor was very knowledgeable and kind. It was a hot day and he made sure to always stand where there was shade or a place for the group to sit down. Plenty of water and time to enjoy each spot, both with the guide and on our own.

- The itinerary is ambitious but also leaves relatively little time at each site. - Lunch stop was at an awful food court hangar. - Wine tasting totally underwhelming — they poured so little in the glass you could barely sense the wine (which turned out to be undrinkable, anyway). This stop should be entirely cut out. - Air conditioning in the car wasn’t functioning. This is unacceptable for a mid-summer excursion.
