Everything very good. Our guide was very professional and it was like a private tour. The only downside with Viator tours is that there were none in Spanish

What a wonderful way to see the Normandy “must see” sights! Our tour guide Manon was amazing. She took her time with us and accommodated our mom who walks slow and needs a lot of breaks. My husband is a history fanatic and especially with WWII. We decided several months ago to do a guided tour of all the American WWII beaches and American cemetery in Normandy. The price seemed reasonable as it was a full day and they picked us up directly from our hotel. The advertisement for this tour said you would be assigned an experienced tour guide however our guide David, was far beyond our expectations. Although my husband has read numerous books on WWII, David shared knowledge that my husband had never learned. I personally only knew the WWII facts learned in school and recent movies so I was far less educated and was full of questions. During the comfortable drive there, David filled in all the gaps and answered every question which were many. He shared all this history as if he was sharing a story. One fact built upon another from start to finish. It was an intriguing, dramatic, emotional and educational experience that my husband and I will always value and remember. David was certainly the best tour guide we have ever had. This company understands what makes a tour a success is the knowledge of the individual doing the tour. We highly recommend Normandy Sightseeing Tours. You will not be disappointed!

Covers a lot of geography. Makes it very hands on. Pauline was good guide. We left with nice overview of the American efforts. Museum was disappointing. Only covered paratroopers. Would have enjoyed a broader story.

Our guide was passionate about history and made our experience such a great learning opportunity. The knowledge he had from much research allowed us to really enter in to what it was like on D Day. We covered the main stops and had the right amount of time in each place. Highly recommend!

I learned more on this trip that I learned in school. The guide Moana was superb. Extensive background information for each of the places visited was shared by the guide. Pictures maps and charts as a part of the background information were well placed throughout the tour. Once at a location, there was sufficient time for exploration of the site/location. Stories as to why things were the way they were made the trip more meaningful.

We toured with Ellen who was very polite and accomodating. She provided us with interesting details and information about each site. We were lucky enough to only have our party of 5 on the tour so it was almost like a private tour. The sites were amazing and she gave us ample time to explore.
