Itinerario

Michelle did a great job sharing history in a paced timely fashion. She helped planning for dealing with the crowds. We walked exclusively to handle the crowds. Abbey was magic and the weather perfect .
Mont Saint-Michel is a beautiful and very impressive place, and I’m glad I had the opportunity to see it. However, the overall tour was more physically demanding than I expected. The bus ride was quite long, and after arriving, we had about a 40-minute walk before reaching Mont Saint-Michel. By the time we got there, I was already tired, and then climbing approximately 360 steps made the experience even more exhausting. I wish the tour description had explained more clearly how much walking and stair climbing would be involved so travelers could prepare ahead of time. The destination itself is absolutely beautiful and worth seeing, but I would recommend this tour mainly for people who are comfortable with a lot of walking, stairs, and a long day of travel. Overall, I’m happy I got to experience Mont Saint-Michel, but the journey and physical demands made it difficult for me to fully enjoy the visit.
It was a very pleasant trip! It was wonderful to see Mont St-Michel with Michelle, our tour guide. She was very friendly and told a lot of jokes. The trip is very prompt with timing, so make sure you get there on time! The bus was a standard coach bus and it had tiny AC ventilation for each seat as well as USB/USBC outlets for charging. There was also a bathroom on the bus. It took us a couple hours to get there with a stop for gas/rest stop in between. The actual island and scenery was beautiful to see, but it was very crowded since we went during peak tourist season in the Summer. Because of this, it was hard to move around and really explore the island. The bathroom lines on the island were quite long. The tour also provides you with a ticket to get to the abbey. I recommend buying or bringing lunch before the trip since there are only a couple of hours to spend at the island, and the shops are a little pricey. We opted to walk to the island which took some time (shuttle is also available but there was a long line), but it was a beautiful way to take in the scenery. Make sure you plan it out accordingly and mark where the parking field/bus is for the trip back! We got a little lost on the way back, but our tour guide Michelle was very kind about it. I also recommend bringing layers and umbrellas in case the weather changes. It was very windy in August! Overall it was a great experience and good accommodations to get there and back from Paris!
Angela was vey professional and very nice we really enjoyed her experience.
The tour was great. We were just looking for a day trip to Mont St Michel from Paris and we got it. Perfect for our needs. Angela was a great guide! Our girls loved her.
Angela was great with the historical pieces and her attitude and energy. The lines and wait times for a trip of this price were disappointing. The app did not really work for this trip or for Giverny. The stops for bathroom/snack were in places that had flies on the food. Mont Saint-Michel was insanely packed. That was unpleasant. Once in, it was beautiful…but again, the app didn’t work. But Angela did a great job!
Angela was our guide. She was great. The whole experience was very smooth. The bus was comfortable and mont saint michel was absolutely incredible. It is about 8 hours of driving and there were large crowds but it was still worth the drive. By the time we actually made it to mont saint michel we had about two and a half hours to explore before we had to head back to the bus which was enough time to see almost everything.
Angela was great! Good tour and an awesome experience
Michelle our guide was amazing. Very clear and lots of wonderful information. She handled every situation so that the group could have as much time as possible. Le Mont st Michel was very crowded with school holidays unfortunately and I felt I did not get the full mystic of the buildings. I still really loved it. Drivers were great Robert and another. Would recommend Michelle to others and your tour group bus is very comfortable thanks from Judith Cousins Le Mont St Michel is breathtaking the best building in France I love that coastline xxxxx
Our tour guide Michelle was excellent. However, the directions for the meet up were incorrect on my trip advisor confirmation. Overall, it was a great experience.
