Durante todo el viaje, desde la recogida hasta la entrega, te cuida un conductor calificado de habla Inglés que te hará sentir seguro y cómodo. Ofrecemos transporte cómodo en un pequeño grupo de hasta 8 personas. Podrás pasar más tiempo aprendiendo sobre cultura e historia en lugar de hacer una larga cola para comprar entradas. Para reservas de última hora, las horas de recogida se confirman un día antes del tour después de las 3 : 00 pm. Las recogidas en el hotel son con mayor frecuencia entre las 6 : 00 am y las 8 : 00 am.

Itinerario
La recogida en el hotel se realiza 1,5 horas antes de la hora programada del tour. Proporcionamos un viaje seguro con un conductor de habla Inglés en un cómodo coche / furgoneta en un grupo de máximo 8 personas. El trayecto de Cracovia a Auschwitz dura 1,5 horas.
El conductor te llevará a la entrada y te dará boletos. Luego tendrá un control de seguridad similar al del aeropuerto. También se comprobarán las tarjetas de identificación. El tour tiene lugar en un grupo de 30 personas con un guía local. Cada participante recibe auriculares. La primera parte del tour es Auschwitz 1 - dura aproximadamente 2 horas.
Después de un descanso de 15 minutos, traslado corto a la segunda parte del museo - Birkenau.
Después del tour, lo llevaremos de regreso al hotel.

I went on the trip today with my two daughters and thoroughly enjoyed it. The pickup was prompt and on time, and our driver Max was amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable, talking to us all the way there. Our guide was Magna who was also very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Thoroughly enjoyed our day and it was very good value for money.
Such an amazing and humbling experience. Pick up from and back to the door of your hotel in a very comfortable van with full air conditioning (and heating as we all got soaked in the storm and had wet clothes on the return journey). Friendly but private excursion, maximum of 8 people in the van, which makes it more of a personal experience. Our tour guide at the memorial was exceptionally knowledgeable and really brought another layer to the experience. Only slight snag is we booked a tour for 12:00 but were told it would be a 1pm pick up but we did book at the very last minute (night before) so this could be the reason why. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone visiting this area!
This is just such a haunting and sobering experience. Our guide was amazing and clearly knew what she was talking about. It was a scorching 32c doing the tour so do bear in mind how hot it can get.

A very nice ride with a good driver in a premium vehicle. 15 minutes delayed pick up that was well informed by the driver (traffic issues). Were picked up at our Air b'n b apartment, straight out to Auschwitz, guided tour there, then out to Auschwitz Birkenau with the same guide, then back to the apartment in Krakow. Excellent!!!
Punctual pickup, smooth logistics and attentive guides throughout. We always felt well cared for! It was the perfect way to approach such a profound and important place.
Our trip from Krakow to Auschwitz went smoothly, partly because our driver Max also turned out to be a half tour guide. He was able to give us a lot of extra information about local buildings or specific places during the ride. He also had a number of 'short cuts' which made the journey a few minutes shorter than with the competitors. All in all a pleasant travel experience during the outward and return journey. Our guide Mary proved very knowledgeable and spoke English at a very good level. All the information was clearly heard through the headphones. The tour was divided into two camps, Auschwitz (total of about 2 hours) and Birkenau (about 1 hour). An impressive tour with heartbreaking details about what happened at both camps at that time. Through this way we want to thank Max and Mary again and of course also warmly recommend them.
