Learn the culture at the same time the art of cooking the typical Ecuadorian food, feel like a local person for a day, enjoy the CANELAZO drink of Welcome, after a shopping tour on the market Vegetables and condiments necessary to prepare our buffet. Then we dressed in Gala with our apron and gloves to start preparing the delicious foods, with the guidance of our CHEF CERTIFICATE. At the end we will enjoy the magical taste of a typical Ecuadorian dish accompanied by a PREVILIGED VIEW of the Historic Center of Quito.

We had a wonderful experience from the shopping at the market including education on the history of Ecuadorian cooking, to the cooking instruction, and of course the eating. Everything was very well organized. It was four hours of pure joy.
Good food, good instruction, and a fun market tour. Nice to have recipes to cook dishes when we get home.
