Este tour combinado ofrece dos experiencias únicas: un viaje de 1 hora para observar frailecillos en un pequeño bote y una aventura de 3 horas para observar ballenas. El tour para observar frailecillos te lleva a una de las tres islas cercanas (Akurey, Engey o Lundey), donde puedes observar miles de aves, incluidos frailecillos, en su hábitat natural. Great tours- we saw several whales, way more than I expected. Fantastic photos from the tour guide afterwards, so we didn’t have to worry about taking our own and could just enjoy the scenery. Break in between was nice, there are plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from.
We had our tour on 8th July. Had an excellent time. Guide was really good and knowledgeable, told us what to watch out for and we saw some amazing sites. Saw puffins some dolphins and 6 humpback whales. What was also so good that they use a small boat so not too many people everyone could see no matter where you were.
This tour was easy, safe and fun!! It was definitely worth the time and money.

Combining two tours enables you to get the best of what sea wildlife in Reykjavik has to offer in a singular day, guarantees you a sense of fulfilled satisfaction at the end of the day. On this occasion, Puffins were the drawcard for first tour, and the results were spectacular. Hundreds of Puffins flying, “swimming”, and observing the observers from their burrows. On the occasion of this tour, we were also blessed with a high tide, meaning the boat could get closer to shore. However, binoculars and telephoto lenses, while not an absolute necessity, will certainly have a very large advantage to enhancing your experience. Photographing with just your cell phone may on the other hand, leave you a little disappointed in achieving a photographic memoir. Following the Puffins is the Whale Tour, which their advertising guarantees you of seeing a whale (or otherwise, an opportunity to take the tour again). With that much to bargain on, it can only be that the guarantee of seeing is extremely likely and seeing them you will. Depending on their playfulness, you are in for a treat, and on this occasion almost any photographic instrument (including cell phones) is likely to offer you a pleasing array of photographic memories. The Tour Company also offers you photographs they have taken during your trip. Another guarantee.
The tour was well organized. The guide was knowledgeable. The puffins are cute. They are hard to see since they are small. We saw some whales - mink whales. It was fun. We thought we wouldn’t see anything because it was windy and cloudy but when we found them - it calmed down a little bit that we saw it flipped its tail a couple of times.
Absolutely first class in every way. Amazing experience. Trip is accompanied by a knowledgeable marine biologist who shares his knowledge freely. Respectful of the wildlife throughout, great customer care. Overall a top class experience.

Very organized, they are on time so don’t be late. The employees and staff were very friendly and polite. And we saw 3 humpback whales! Loves that they emailed us their professional pictures from our experience - that was a wonderful surprise!
