Su tour de día completo comienza con la recogida en el hotel por la mañana temprano en una minivan con aire acondicionado. En primer lugar, visitará el campo de concentración de Auschwitz-Birkenau. Después, viaje a Wieliczka donde tendrá un descanso de 1 hora para almorzar y luego visitar la Mina de Sal de Wieliczka. Su pequeño grupo tendrá un Guía local profesional con auriculares en el Museo Auschwitz-Birkenau. En la Mina de Sal de Wieliczka tendrá un Guía turístico local.

El campo de concentración de Auschwitz-Birkenau (1941-1945) es conocido en todo el mundo como un símbolo del genocidio nazi y el terror. We booked through Get Your Guide. Super easy. Booked well in advance but didn’t pay until 24hr before. Communication was very good. The Get Your Guide app excellent. Our pick was near the old town (approx 10-15mins walk). The bus arrived on time. Our guide (Mario) was friendly but professional; checking all passengers on. Drive to Auschwitz as described (1.5hrs). Auschwitz I & II - Wowsers, Mario was immense; his description of the events, atrocities, missed opportunities of the Allies and sheer inhumanity of the Nazis was delivered in an understated manner but his knowledge, compassion, anger was there for all to see/hear. We could not have asked for a better guide. Salt MInes - Initially slightly underwhelmed but just wait till you see the Chapel. There is a reason why this is a UNESCO site. Completely gob-smacked. And then delivered back to Krakow. Be warned, this is a long long day. Approx 7.5 miles/ 17.5k steps of walking. I’m not sue you do need to take your own food - there are cafes at Auschwitz I & II and at the Salt Mines. Be warned, Auschwitz is not easy; as Mario said, this a a cemetery, no good came out of Auschwitz. As such I’m glad we did Auschwitz first and the Salt Mines second. Our experience with supercracow.com was hugely positive. Our experiences are such that we think that all people should visit Auschwitz I & II; the sheer scale of Auschwitz II is beyond anything you have read or seen; its awfulness too hard to understand or convey, Thank you so much to Supercracow and Thank You hugely to Mario Family Parsons

The tour was great and well organised. Magda, our tour leader, was lovely and helpful. The only problem was the mini bus: although very new and clean, it was very uncomfortable due to limited space for legs. If you are taller than 1’80cm, you will struggle as it is too narrow.

It was a great day! I got to visit two concentration camps and the salt mine. The tour guide was good. We had audio sets with earphones, so it was very easy to hear the guide from distance as well.

Philip and Michael are nice, they explain everything and always ensure everyone is safe during trip. Recommend the trip. Driver is also nice, the shuttle arrived punctually. Btw, ice cream is nice at square.

Great trip for a short weekend in Krakow, can feel a bit long but all stops are worth seeing. If you get tired easily and have the time, I recommend splitting in two separate trips. Everything was organized very well and on time, appreciate the pick up options. Bring snacks for the bus as there isn’t that much time to eat until later in the afternoon.

the pick up point was a little confusing but overall it was great. One thing I wish I had more time to see and hear an explanation was the Auschwitz II Birkenau
