Con esta excursión de todo el día a la provincia de Girona, van a disfrutar de una visita guiada al Teatro-Museo Dalí en Figueres, conocido como el Objeto Surrealista más grande del mundo. Donde nuestro guía les ayudará a entender mucho mejor las obras y la vida del artista. La visita guiada incluye también la colección de Joyas diseñada por Dalí. Treinta y nueve joyas de oro y piedras preciosas de la colección de Owen Cheatham. Después del Museo, nuestro chofer les llevará hasta Girona ciudad para almorzar en el restaurant que ustedes elijan. Nuestro guía les recogerá allí para continuar con la visita, esta vez a toda la zona histórica de la ciudad de Girona. Van a visitar el barrio monumental, la Judería, las murallas, las Ramblas y por supuesto nuestro puente más famoso, el puente diseñado por Gustave Eiffel. Nuestros guías son locales y conocen todos los rincones secretos de la ciudad, sus leyendas y curiosidades.

My wife and I had the great fortune of getting Dylan for our guide. He was so personable and knowledgeable, it made for one of the best days I've ever had. He had information that you would not be able to find in a book. The museum was incredible with Dylan being able to answer all questions. He had wonderful insight about all things Dali. If you ever get to tour in Girona, I highly recommend asking for Dylan. Well worth the price.
Our favorite part of the tour was having Álvar as our guide for the day. From the time we were picked up in the morning in Barcelona until we were dropped off early that evening, Álvar was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He provided plenty of information at both the Dalí Museum and throughtout Girona. His suggestion for a lunch restaurant was excellent as well. A terrific day spent.
Thought you knew enough about Dali...well, this museum was a pleasant surprise. Designed by Dali for Dali, the exhibits and artwork made me more aware of his genius with his early works and exhibits. Enjoyable for all ages. You can spend about 90 minutes easily and up to 2 hours exploring the venue. Timed tickets make for an orderly excursion through the museum.
We found the Dali Museum easily and parking was easy, close by. We entered the section with the jewels, first and were blown away by the mechanics employed and the gorgeous jewels used. We are now huge fans of Dali and his jewel creations. The museum was also interesting but if I had to pay for one or the other, I would choose the jewel section, hands down. We returned the next day just to see it again!
