Visite el impresionante Valle Sagrado, uno de los lugares más visitados de Perú y una "visita obligada" durante su visita. El Valle Sagrado es un área hermosa y verdaderamente fascinante, rodeada de montañas, ciudadelas incas, pueblos de tejedores y coloridos mercados, ubicado aproximadamente a 15 km al norte de Cuzco (1,5 horas en auto). En este tour de un día visitará el pueblo de tejidos tradicionales de Chinchero, Moray, Maras, terrazas de Pisac y su mercado, el río Urubamba y la fortaleza de Ollantaytambo. También tendrá un sabroso almuerzo buffet incluido en el precio del tour.

Lo recogeremos de su hotel alrededor de las 7:00 a.m. y nos dirigiremos a Chinchero, un típico pueblo andino que combina ruinas incas con una iglesia colonial, unas maravillosas vistas a la montaña y un colorido mercado dominical. Aprenderemos sobre el proceso de cómo la gente local hace sus textiles. Un maestro tejedor nos mostrará sus técnicas y todas las etapas paso a paso, desde la recolección de las materias primas hasta el proceso de lavado y teñido de los hilos con tintes naturales. También tendrá la oportunidad de comprar algunos de sus productos al final de la demostración.
Moray es un sitio arqueológico ubicado aproximadamente a 4.5 millas de la ciudad de Maras y a 39 millas de Cusco. Su característica más impresionante es su sistema de terrazas agrícolas circulares, que tienen hasta 330 pies de profundidad. Algunas personas creen que los incas usaron este lugar como una especie de laboratorio para determinar las condiciones óptimas para el cultivo de cada especie.
El recorrido continúa con una visita al pueblo colonial de Maras y su iglesia. Luego visitaremos las antiguas salinas, excavadas estratégicamente en la ladera de la montaña, miles de pozas poco profundas llenas de agua salada eventualmente se evaporan y dejan atrás la sal cristalizada, un proceso que se practica desde hace más de 500 años.

Visitaremos Ollantaytambo, un antiguo templo y fortaleza incas, ubicado en el extremo noroeste del Valle Sagrado de los Incas.
Visitaremos las impresionantes ruinas de Pisac y su colorido mercado local. Un sitio increíble con un número relativamente pequeño de turistas que visitan diariamente. Este lugar tiene diferentes edificios, como plazas, templos, piscinas y otras estructuras, que se construyeron entre los siglos X y XI. Recomendamos reservar varias horas para explorar este sitio. La arquitectura inca es impresionante, ya que utilizaron sus técnicas para construir enormes terrazas que van de sur a este y cubren una enorme montaña ubicada de 3,000 a 3,450 msnm (9,843 - 11,319 fasl). Sus palacios y la forma en que se han colocado los bloques de piedra es verdaderamente increíble.

We toured Peru for 2 weeks with Into Peru and we loved it! We went to: Lima - vibrant, warm, best food I’ve ever eaten in my life, felt safe in Miraflores and Barranco etc Iquitos - Amazon jungle was mesmerising, amazing wildlife (we saw sloths, monkeys, pink and grey dolphins all in their natural Habitat). Fished for piranhas, did a night hike through the jungle, swam in the lodge’s pool, went to a local market. Absolutely once in a lifetime. Private tours for our family. Lodge was great, astounded by how good the food was with fresh fish etc. Ica - sand dune riding, sand boarding, tubing, true adrenaline fuelled! We were taken in private vehicle from lima and private tour at huacachina. Cusco, Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu - outstanding experience with unforgettable memories made. Absolutely loved it all, Maras and Moray, the Inca sights, Machu Picchu is magical. What made the whole thing so enjoyable was knowing we didn’t have to plan or think about how to get around, where we needed to be etc was all taken care of so we could just concentrate on having the best time possible as a family. Travelled with our kids who are 8 and 6 and Into Peru were so good with them, the planning to take into consideration what was best for them and us was the best service I’ve ever had on vacation. They thought about the altitude for the kids so we went straight to the Sacred Valley at a lower altitude to get used to it before ending in Cusco. We had family friendly tours in the jungle. I can’t recommend them highly enough, especially if travelling with kids. Thank you so much for an awesome trip!

Peru really does have it all, and you managed to cover so much of it. Iquitos is always a highlight for families — sloths, pink dolphins, piranha fishing and a night hike in the jungle is the kind of trip that children (and parents!) talk about for years. And then to go from that to the sand dunes of Huacachina and the Inca sites of the Sacred Valley — what a contrast. We're especially pleased that the altitude planning worked so well for your little ones. Starting in the Sacred Valley at a lower altitude before heading up to Cusco is exactly the right approach with children aged 6 and 8, and it's something we always factor in carefully. Into Perú is a great travel agency. They planned our trip from day 1. We visited Perú and Cusco. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, our drivers were always on time. The tour guides were exceptional. They have an amazing team. We went to a Cusco City Tour, to the Sacred Valley and to Machu Picchu. Our whole extended family (over 20 of us!) did our dream trip to Peru. After a lot of trying to plan everything ourselves we came to the conclusion we just couldn’t manage it so we got Into Peru to help. My husband and I spent the most wonderful week touring Peru. We went to Cusco, through the marvelous Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu. In the Sacred Valley we visited Maras and Moray, Pisaq and Chinchero. We met many wonderful local people and loved their hospitality. We took the memorable Hiram Bingham train to Machu Picchu which was outstanding and then loved our visit to Machu Picchu. We are older now and not as fit as we used to be but our tour guide was so patient and took his time with us. On our way back from Machu Picchu we stayed at the marvelous Tambo del Inka hotel which is truly faultless and a great place to rest up. We had Into Peru plan our trip and boy did they do well. We opted for their luxury private service for the two of us and we were treated like royalty! Everyone was fantastic, very punctual and incredibly kind and respectful. If you are looking for someone to take care of the planning so your trip runs smoothly then I very much recommend Into Peru. They were excellent and gave us a trip that we will never forget. We just finished a week long trip through the Sacred Valley and Cusco, culminating at Machu Picchu with Into Peru. We went for their private service in the hope it would be stress free and personalized and it sure was! We left incredibly pleased with the service which helped to heighten the glorious Peruvian sights and scenery. We could not have asked for more.
