9:00 - Ingrese al Zoológico de Cracovia. Gracias a los boletos proporcionados por su conductor, se saltará la cola para comprarlos e ingresará inmediatamente al zoológico para admirar más de 1.500 individuos de diversas especies.
Turismo: aquí tiene tiempo libre para explorar libremente el zoológico, visitar el mini zoológico para acariciar y alimentar a algunos de los animales usted mismo y tomar un descanso para comer algo.
Reúnete con tu conductor nuevamente en la puerta del zoológico y él te llevará sano y salvo de regreso a tu hotel al final del recorrido.

¡Hola! Gracias por escoger nuestra compañia. Su reserva ya está confirmada, por lo que no necesita ponerse en contacto con nosotros para confirmarla. La hora elegida es la hora aproximada de recogida en su hotel. Dependiendo de la ubicación, el tiempo puede cambiar en unos 20 minutos. Su conductor le informará a usted o a la recepción sobre la hora exacta de recogida alrededor de las 8:30 PM del día antes de la salida. Puede esperar afuera o en el lobby del hotel. El conductor vendrá en minivan.

We had a lovely visit to krakow zoo , our driver pawel was lovely and very efficient he kept me up to date every step of the way on WhatsApp which I found really helpful and reassuring especially when you’re travelling alone with a child. Pawel even came back early to pick us up as it was way to warm for us at the zoo on the day which I really appreciate 😊 would highly recommend using him for your adventures in krakow.

Don't Book this Trip with Viator, The Itinery states 5 Hrs. 1 Hr for Travel, 30 Minutes each way 4 Hrs at the Zoo. We had Dominika Tour Guide who isn't Friendly & doesn't Talk to You about any Tips etc. Then when She drops you off at the Zoo She only allows you 2 Hrs & Tells you that's all you need as the Zoo is small. Resulting in only seeing 50% of the Animals. Instead of a Leisurely strool it was a Rush. When I asked for a Refund, She lied & said that we had 2Hrs & 30 Minutes at the Zoo before choosing to come out early due to Rain. It did not Rain at all & it wasn't our choice to only have 2 Hrs, that is all she allowed us when She dropped us off. This Tour was Missold to us as you don't get 5Hrs, you only 3 Hrs. Stay away from this Company who won't give you a Refund even though they are not Fulfilling the Advertised Trip. Also don't go with Dominika who Lies to Cover Her back. Disgusting Customer Service.
Hello, We are sorry that you were disappointed with your experience. The tour duration is approximately 5 hours and includes pick-up, transport to Krakow Zoo, the zoo visit, and return transfer. The included service was provided correctly: transportation, English-speaking driver assistance, and entrance tickets. We would also like to clarify that our driver could not stop directly in front of the hotel because access was blocked by buses, so the nearest possible safe pick-up point was used. From the beginning, the group seemed unhappy with this situation, although it was outside our control. According to our team, after the zoo visit the group returned without raising concerns about the duration at that moment. We regret that you felt rushed, but the product does not guarantee 5 hours inside the zoo itself. Kind regards, Thousand Miles
It states 4 Hrs at the Zoo but when we Arrived Dominika told us 2 Hrs is enough. Dropped off at 9am & pick us back up at 11am. Also no internet so we cannot change pick up Time. We are in our 60s & it wasn't enough Time to see everything. Lovely Zoo but needed the 4 Hrs that was Sold to us. Also it would have been Nice to stop for a Rest & A Coffee but didn't have the Time.

Our driver Pawel was amazing, extremely friendly and helpful and made the experience great. He even sent us a text filled with recommendations for food and other activities to do on our visit which we found very useful. Thankyou so much it was a pleasure :)

I got a message from my pick up driver the day before to arrange pick up time and location. My driver maciek also sent me a map of the location pick up which was very helpful. The journey to the zoo was good without any delays and maciek was on time for the pick up. Maciek my driver also provided me with a map of the zoo and an informative sheet about the zoo itself. Maciek my driver arranged a pick up time to pick me back up and also brought up the ticket for my entrance to the zoo. I enjoyed my time at the zoo very much and having the map provided helped. At the time arranged my driver maciek arrived to pick me up and returned me to the location he collected me from. My driver maciek was friendly, polite and informative by telling me about some of the buildings of interest along the way. It was a very good outing made all the better for having a good driver with a good company.

Pawel was our driver for the trip, he really went above and beyond for us. I booked for 1 adult by mistake but he got it sorted out and panic was averted. Lovely, friendly gentlemen who really went above and beyond for us. He even went as far as helping us find a good local tattoo shop.
