We saw the beautiful highlights of the three sections of the city. Our guide Philip took time to point out interesting facts and made several dining recommendations. Both the recorded parts of the tour and his comments brought the city to life.

Michjiec (not sure of spelling) was an excellent guide. Friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer lots of questions. The golf cart tour made it easy to access all the different parts of Krakow: ghetto, kazimierz (Jewish City) and old town in 90 minutes.
Well worth it , gives you an insight to the three areas which we explored today and will explore more tomorrow. Our driver Dominic was very informative and very approachable.
If you're visiting Kraków, this tour is the perfect way to start your trip. Valentin was an outstanding guide—knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the city. Besides sharing fascinating history, he gave us fantastic local tips on the best cafés, restaurants, must-try foods, free museums, and hidden gems. His recommendations made the rest of our stay even better. Highly recommended, especially if you get Valentin as your guide!
After our flight was delayed by 8 hours we were going to miss our original booking. Got it changed to later on in the week at short notice which I am very grateful for! Our guide Polina was fantastic and had great recommendations for us around the city. She was very knowledgeable and stopped to allow us to get photos.
Nice tour with good guide in different districts of Krakow
We were seated on the back which, ordinarily, would have been fine if, like the majority of carts, it had a protective roof. Given that it was 30oc we were seated under a clear plastic tarpaulin (the rest of the cart had flimsy material covering the roof which offered no protection from the raging sun) which only magnified the sun!!! We had to alight after 30mins as it was too hot to continue the trip. I had requested a refund for the hour not used and were refused - typical greedy tour operator. I shall be therefore raising a dispute with my card operator instead.
Sorry Sir but can't agree with you. This is how was from our side: 1) It was extremely hot day, 2) Driver gave you a water and made more stops in a shadow than we normally do, 3) Yes, our roofs are transparent for better visibilty (city sighseeing by car with no transparent roof is sensless because customers can"t see anything during ride between high buildings) 4) Driver finished the tour and you got off the car after the last point of the tour which was Schindler's Factory, so the tour was compleeted We are really sorry that the tour didn't achive your expectations :( I think the weather was the problem, becasue it was very hot day, but we can't be responsible for that. I hope you enjoyed your time in Krakow and that experience didn't destroy your holidays :)
