When you don’t really know a place I would always recommend a guided tour. This tour was brilliant, we saw a part of Krakow we probably wouldnt have gone to and the guide was so knowledgable, she really made the day. Very funny, kept us looking and questioning and she had all the answers. Totally recommend
I took the Jewish Quarter (Kazimierz) Segway Tour in Krakow and honestly it ended up being one of my favorite experiences of the trip. Our guide, Arthur, was great from start to finish. Very professional, well prepared, and he clearly knows the history and stories of Kazimierz really well. What I liked the most was how he explained everything, not just names and dates, but the human side of the place. It felt like exploring the neighborhood with someone who genuinely understands and cares about its culture. Also, he speaks a bunch of languages, so he could connect with everyone in the group really naturally. The route itself was good and easy to follow on the Segway, and Arthur adjusted the pace perfectly to the group. I learned a lot, but it never felt boring or too heavy — just interesting and meaningful. I definitely recommend this tour if you’re visiting Krakow. 5/5 — totally worth it
Arthur, our guide, not only gave us a highly professional tour of the Jewish quarter, but also helped us with the further planning of our wishes. After the sudden cancellation of the tour Auschwitz-Birkenau in the late afternoon by his competitor, he tried intensively and successfully to find a replacement date. We are VERY grateful to him!!!
We had a really good tour with Artur, it was just ourselves. We explored the Jewish Quarter by Segway which makes it fun and easy. We learned about the synagogues and the sad stories of this quarter. Also how it has changed to a vibrant district today. The Segways were well maintained and speed restricted so it was safe and could be done by any age of person. A fun and informative 2 hours- thank you.
Really good experience ! Haven’t been on a Segway for years but after a little while it comes back to you, had a practise outside the office before we were let loose on the streets…… the guide Arthur/ Artur definitely knew his stuff and was very informative. It was just the 2 of us on the tour and I think this made it personal, not sure how big the group gets but would highly recommend and definitely a great way to see the city.
Artur was our tour guide and my friend and I enjoyed the Segway ride. Artur showed us Kazimierz and told us about history, as well as giving us great recommendations of places to eat and what to visit on our own. Artur is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would thoroughly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Krakow.
Went on the Segway tour with my mum (who’s 78!) - the guide was so patient with her and we didn’t leave until she was confident. The tour itself was brilliant- very informative and interesting as well as great fun - would recommend!
Best Segway tour In krakow with the best guide Arthur explains everything so nice and so patient was a truly nice and memoriable experience
Great tour, there were only two of us and our guide was very informative and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
This was so fun. Riding a Segway is unusual at first but it is easy to get a hang of it. It is a good and comfortable way to cover a large distance. The Jewish quarter is quite beautiful and rustic. This was a good experience, we are glad we did this tour. I kinda wished we did the longer tour that is the 3 hour tour of Jewish quarter and Old Town in the end, I just wasn’t sure how comfortable I would feel riding the Segway. Our teenager really liked it.
