Olga is absolutely lovely and hosts a great tour. She generously brings you into her home for a fantastic experience and delicious food. This class was the highlight of our vacation. The market she brings you to is very nice, with lots of cool variety.
Absolutely lovely. Olga was such a gracious and welcoming host. She took us to the market, then brought us to her apartment where we had a nice spread of kabanossy and pickles and cheese, and then started cooking pierogi. We made pierogi with cheese/potatoes and with blueberries. Everything came out perfect. I am not a natural cook but now I think I could make pierogi the way my mother did. Thank you Olga!! 😀
Fantastic. We had a brilliant time learning how to make pierogi and also tasting some polish snacks.
Absolutely amazing! Olga was so kind and knowledgeable. It started with a market visit then a short walk to her apartment where we ate some light snacks and then we started making pierogi’s. She was so helpful and offered encouragement during the pierogi making process. Eating the pierogis was the best part, so delicious! Made with local and fresh cottage cheese. Hands down the best pierogi’s I’ve ever had.
We are a family of five - two adults and three children ages 14, 16, and 17. This has been the highlight of our trip. Olga was a great hostess. We began at the market and after a short walk to her apartment, we snacked on fresh cheeses, sausage, and pickles. Then it was time to cook. Olga was an excellent teacher. She walked us through each step of the pierogie process and we were able to enjoy the fruits of our labor. I feel confident that we can replicate it at home.
An incredible few hours getting to make some delicious authentic food in the most beautiful garden .
Olga was fantastic! Very warm and welcoming. We were a family of 6 with 2 kids, 12 and 8, and 2 grandparents. Everyone enjoyed the making of pierogis and learned how to make them right - guided by Olga’s expert advice. We had some delicious snacks and coffee from the local market before we started and then make traditional ruskie pierogis. They were fantastic!! Thank you Olga for such a great experience.
Olga was friendly and knowledgeable. She took us through the market, prepared some snacks for us, and provided a great recipe for pierogi.
What a delightful experience! Olga led us through the open market with an explanation of all we were seeing and about the choices she was making for our cooking plus snacks - yum! Making the pierogies in her apartment also gave us a view of the Polish lifestyle. The food was delicious!! I highly recommend booking this experience! Olga, would you please send me the recipe! Thank you!
Olga is passionate about her Polish heritage and cooking. We had a very pleasant day with her beginning at the Market. Her instructions are clear and very easy to follow. Olga has a beautiful personality and truly enjoys sharing her family's Polish recipes.
