Con su boleto sin colas y un guía local experto, explorará casi 4.000 metros cuadrados de senderos subterráneos, puestos de comerciantes y restos arqueológicos. Las instalaciones multimedia —hologramas, pantallas táctiles y películas— recrean el bullicio medieval de Cracovia, desde las llamadas de los comerciantes hasta el crujir de las carretas. Destacan las reconstrucciones de enterramientos del siglo XI, rastros de calles antiguas y artefactos únicos que ilustran el papel de Cracovia como un próspero centro comercial. También verás cómo la vida cotidiana fue moldeada por artesanos, comerciantes y viajeros que pasaban por uno de los mercados más concurridos de Europa Central. Su guía enriquece el viaje con historias sobre comercio, religión y la turbulenta historia revelada durante las excavaciones. El recorrido dura alrededor de 1,5 horas. Para grupos de 15 o más, se proporcionan auriculares para que todos puedan escuchar claramente el comentario.
Cuando regreses a la superficie, la Plaza Principal, con la Basílica de Santa María y el Salón de Paños altísimos, se sentirá diferente, transformada por la historia oculta que acabas de explorar. Siglos de vida, comercio y tradición escondidos bajo sus pies cobran vida, dejándole con una comprensión más profunda de la ciudad en su corazón.

Honestly, Boni is exceptional because it is clear that he is passionate about what he does. He took the time to call me to indicate the entrance. I found it pleasant and entertaining. I couldn't have had a better guide.
We heard it was amazing. We left it to the Monday. But it's closed on a Monday. We were flying home early it next day. So were disappointed not seeing it.
It was fun and exciting. But there was a lot to read instead of seeing. There were not so many language choices to read in but there was English anyway. The staff were quite nice but very quiet and did not help much. There were shops at the end of the museum and the old man who worked there was very nice and cute.

Very worth a visit. Tickets are sold in the fabric hall, with entrance from the small square, then the entrance is on the other side.
