Desde el momento en que desembarque en Costa Maya, nuestro equipo lo recibirá justo afuera del puerto con un cartel personalizado con su nombre. Abordará un transporte cómodo y con aire acondicionado que lo llevará a las majestuosas ruinas mayas de Chacchoben, a unos 30 minutos de distancia. Al llegar, nuestro guía certificado lo acompañará en un recorrido informativo por los templos principales, explanadas ceremoniales y senderos rodeados de selva tropical. Aprenderá sobre la historia, cultura y arquitectura maya, y tendrá tiempo para explorar, tomar fotos y disfrutar del entorno natural antes de regresar con puntualidad al puerto.
Al llegar a las ruinas mayas de Chacchoben, nuestro guía certificado los acompañará en un recorrido a pie por los principales templos, plazas ceremoniales y estructuras antiguas del sitio. Caminarán por senderos rodeados de selva tropical mientras escuchan la historia y los misterios de la civilización maya. Durante el tour, podrán observar de cerca pirámides restauradas, altares sagrados y vegetación exótica. También tendrán tiempo libre para tomar fotografías y disfrutar del entorno antes de regresar al transporte.
Una vez finalizada la experiencia gastronómica, abordarán nuevamente nuestro transporte privado con aire acondicionado para emprender el regreso al puerto de Costa Maya. Nuestro equipo se asegurará de que lleguen con tiempo suficiente para abordar su crucero sin prisas ni contratiempos. El trayecto de regreso ofrece una última oportunidad para relajarse y disfrutar del paisaje antes de concluir una experiencia inolvidable en la Riviera Maya.

From the moment you disembark in Costa Maya, your experience with us begins. Please proceed through the cruise terminal and continue within the port area toward the designated meeting zones. As you make your way, look for a personalized sign displaying your name along with the name of your excursion so you can easily identify our team. If needed, you may also ask any port staff for SAMMEL (SAM) , who is part of our team and will assist in directing you to the correct meeting point. Our staff will be ready to welcome you inside the port, assist you with your check-in process, and complete your remaining balance prior to departure. BALANCE: $45 USD PER PERSON | PAYABLE ON THE DAY OF THE EXCURSION. For a smooth and seamless experience, we recommend heading directly to the meeting point after disembarking and avoiding unnecessary stops along the way. We also suggest being ready minutes prior to your scheduled departure time so everything can begin comfortably and on time. Please note that departures operate on a strict schedule, and late arrivals may result in the experience proceeding without participation.

Would give a zero because tour guide never showed up. We spent 1.5 hours waiting and searching for the guide but they were no where to be found.
This excursion did not occur. No notice. No one at the port knew you who this was. Total scam. Don't book.
The operator never showed up and nobody in the port knew who they were. I was looking for them for over an hour with two young kids. Now when I ask for my refund, they claim that i was the no show, which is an obvious lie. They never responded to my texts or calls.
We booked this and were very excited. We however were given very vague meeting instructions and while we were told there was going to be a sign with our names, we found no one. We got there early and looked around everywhere and asked everybody for the name it said to and nobody knew who that was. We were told they’d meet us inside the port but apparently they aren’t allowed inside the port so then we walked outside the port and still nothing. We tried calling the number listed multiple times and got sent straight to voicemail. Viators customer service also cannot get ahold of them so we basically got scammed and now are being told we can’t be refunded the money we paid.
Private taxi to the Mayan Ruins and private tour of the ruins. Alvin was our taxi driver and he was great! After the ruins, he took us to Ponchos Bar & Restaurante where we had open bar for 3 hours. Food was not included, but it was very good! Erik was an excellent host and Uno a great waiter! All in all a great day in Costa Maya!
Terrible! Non-English speaking guide/driver, no guide at the ruins, dirty run down restaurant was the "exclusive" beach resort. We didn't stay. Absolutely the worst tour I have experienced.
Our tour guides name was Alan & if you’re lucky enough to get him you’ve hit the jackpot! Hospitality… OFF THE CHARTS!! Hard working young man that will make sure you’re beyond well taken care of!
We booked this tour really last minute and it turned out amazing! we had a private tour guide for just my boyfriend and I! Alan did an incredible job and even stopped and bought us fresh fruit and snacks! The ruins were beautiful and the beach club had great food and vibes!
Excellent private tour! Very knowledgeable and stayed with us the entire time on the tour! Food at the restaurant at the end of tour was amazing. I highly recommend!!!
