El primer lugar para visitar en la laguna de Bacalar es el "Cenote Esmeralda", donde te sorprenderán los diferentes tonos de azul y comprenderás por qué la laguna de Bacalar se conoce con frecuencia como la laguna de los 7 colores. Nuestra siguiente parada es "Cenote Cocalitos", hogar de estromatolitos, que se conocen como piedras vivas y se consideran la forma de vida más antigua del planeta. El tercer punto para disfrutar será el "Cenote Negro", que es un cenote a cielo abierto y también el punto más profundo de la laguna. El punto final es el Canal Pirata, como se le explicará ese día, los piratas solían entrar a Bacalar usando este canal para robar madera preciosa local. También tendrá una hermosa vista de los diferentes tonos de azul de la laguna.

Nota: el miércoles visitamos la hermosa laguna de Bacalar en un club de playa privado, donde también podremos navegar en un pontón para admirar los 7 colores de la laguna y hacer una parada en una playa de arena para disfrutar de sus aguas cristalinas. agua, mientras disfrutas de una cerveza helada o simplemente refrescarte con un refresco. We had a great experience doing the tour with Adan as he was very knowledgeable and so pleasant to talk to. He made sure we were always enjoying the tour and he is a great asset for the company! We enjoyed the drinks and food that was offered and nothing negative to say, Also the boat captain was very nice and so was our van driver Manny. Highly recommended and remember to tip as they really are great! Thanks for a wonderful family excursion!

The lagoon was beautiful and the guides were very friendly. The “cenote” viewing is rather misleading as I have been to centotes before and we could swim in them and they were so beautiful, so it was a disappointment that all of these so called cenotes were underwater and there was really nothing to see. The grandkids enjoyed the swimming at the end of the tour of the lagoon.

Excellent experience at the Bacalar Lagoon with Chac Ek Tours! From the very first moment, the organization was impeccable, and they made us feel welcome. The lagoon is simply spectacular, but what made the difference was the exceptional treatment from Juan and Andrés. Both were very attentive, kind, and always ensured that everyone was comfortable and enjoying to the fullest. Additionally, the food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic day going to the Bacalar Lagoon. The water was breathtakingly beautiful, the time we spent in and on the water was so relaxing, and we learned so much about the island from our tour guide, Carol. Our lunch at the Loco Taco Restaurant (included in the excursion) was very tasty too. We had such a wonderful day and we highly recommend this excursion.

This tour was everything and more! We were on a family cruise and we were a little nervous taking an excursion that was not done by the cruise line, but they did an amazing job getting us back to Port with time to spare! The staff was very knowledgeable about the lagoon and some of the history about Costa Maya and Bacalar I would definitely do this excursion again. The lagoon was very beautiful and I cannot wait to go back!!!

The lagoon was nice but not worth the price and the long ride. Maybe if we had the pontoon ride with it but they told us the day before after they took our payment that it is "no navigation Wednesdays" for all operators. I am sure they knew that when I booked it and could have told me then when I had time to figure something else out. The food at the restaurant was just meat or fish on a soft taco shell. No lettuce, tomato, onions. Bright spot, Adam the tour guide was very nice and informative.

I texted Sonia through whats app and she was very informative. Once we arrived, we met Rafa outside the port and he drove us to 2 beautiful lagoons. Rafa was so friendly and we were glad he was able to join us in swimming! One of the lagoons served fresh fruit, drinks, and snacks for the kids. We then had lunch at El Taco Loco where they served 8 different types of tacos. Great price for everything that was included. I'm so glad we booked with Chac Ek!

Absolutely amazing experience! Gorgeous lagoon views and our guide Adan was amazing. We got fruit and beer/snacks/water on board. It was very choppy but still a smooth pontoon ride. Our driver man he was amazing and kept us safe. Our boat driver and his daughter were awesome navigators. Excellent family day!
