From the moment you disembark in Costa Maya, your experience with us begins. Please proceed through the cruise terminal and continue within the port area toward the designated meeting zones. As you make your way, look for a personalized sign displaying your name along with the name of your excursion so you can easily identify our team. Our staff will be ready to welcome you inside the port, assist you with your check-in process, and complete your remaining balance prior to departure. BALANCE: $45 USD PER PERSON | PAYABLE ON THE DAY OF THE EXCURSION. For a smooth and seamless experience, we recommend heading directly to the meeting point after disembarking and avoiding unnecessary stops along the way. We also suggest being ready minutes prior to your scheduled departure time so everything can begin comfortably and on time. Please note that departures operate on a strict schedule, and late arrivals may result in the experience proceeding without participation.

was suppose to be 7 hrs. We waited almost an hour to get a ride when told they would meet us. Then it was 1 hr ATV down a dirt road and beach literally full of garbage. Took us back for $120 tacos on top of the $800 ( 4 adults) that was converted on my cc card and said alcohol is free and if you get too drunk we’ll get you back to the ship. Unbelievable rip off.
I would like to send a review about the tour we booked for $600 and was ripped off. We were told we had to pay for a taxi to and from the beach club when it is suppose to be included. We were given a welcome drink in the size of a shot glass. We were supposed to get reserved chairs and were told we could have chairs only if they were available after the atv tour. This tour is way over priced and not as advertised. It is not a beach club. I would like my trip refunded. It is sad to rip off customers. I have booked a lot of tour thru you and never had this issue.
Pick-up / meeting showed to be at the cruise port. Thankfully we were able to run across the right person. $10 taxi ($5 each) ride and we met Eric for our ATV. My ATV had a broken exhaust, otherwise we had a great ride up and down the coast with phone stops. Breach break was on our own. Place that they wanted us to eat/drink was overpriced. Walked down the beach and found things half the price. Taxi back to port was on our own and again $10. Price for excursion was high for what we received and had to deal with.
We had a blast with our tour guy Alan. He was very accommodating and tended to our needs. I would highly recommend this tour and tour guide when Visiting Costa Maya.
