The only cool thing about this tour is the cave cenote. The facility in Tulum where the vans meet up had a women’s bathroom but no working light so we had to take a flashlight. The road off the highway to get to the activities is so bumpy that it’s takes a good 30 minutes to get down the driveway. The ATVs are really loud. The front tires are super wide and I’m pretty sure they are made to go on the back tires. When you hit a bump, they bite into the road and the steering jerks. I almost crashed a couple times and I have been driving ATV’s for 30 years. The ATV trail is the same terrible driveway you use to come in. You drive down the road, turnaround and drive back. I don’t think we went over 10 mph and we were constantly stopping so the lead could check on the group. We were a group of 8 riders so not big. Two of the ATVs died everytime we would stop and had trouble getting them going. The zip lines are ok but nothing to get super excited about. They literally cleared a path in the jungle with all the piles of brush underneath you. The cave cenote tour was really cool. They take you back into the cave and show you where the roots of the “Tree of Life” find water, gives the history of the people and the cenotes, etc. The lunch is ok. Taquitos, runny black beans and rice. A couple photographers come over to show you all the pictures they took of you. $20 per person in the pictures. Our group had 4 people but felt that $80 was a little steep. Then we sat and waited for 45 minutes for other tours to finish before loading the bus and finally going to Coba. The transportation was nice and they played a movie to make the time pass. Unfortunately, by the time we got to Coba it was 4:10 and the park closed at 5. We rented bikes, but some in our group did not thinking we would get more than 50 minutes to explore. They ended up renting a bike and paying the tax ($20) so they could get to the big temple before the park closed. We made it to the big temple to find the base under construction. We were quickly told by the construction workers that we only had 5 minutes for pictures and were followed by the workers to force us to leave. Everytime we stopped at a site while riding back the workers would stop behind us and tell us to move along. One blew his whistle at us every couple of minutes. Multiple people in our group told them we had until 5 to enjoy the park. Some of the workers told us they wanted to go home. I can understand that but we travelled 3,000 miles to see this site and we only got 50 minutes at the park only to be heckled by the workers. We missed half the park as we were only able to stop at the sites along the road. We were not aloud to hike to the sites off the path. Finally, they take you to a Mayan homesite just on the outskirts of Coba where you get 30 minutes. You basically get to try a Cacao bean, a handmade tortilla and then get to see their artifacts for purchase. Vincent, our tour guide was great throughout the day and during the cenote tour. Overall though, I can’t tell you how disappointed our group was with this tour. The itinerary is confusing and makes it seem like you will have a couple hours at Coba. The zip line, ATV, and other activities are nothing special. I actually skipped some of the ziplining to see if I could find a taxi to pick us up and take us to Coba. I highly recommend taking a different tour and wish we could get some money back.
Thank you very much for your feedback, and we regret that you had this perception of our theme park. Regarding the Cobá tour, we are sorry that the time available was not enough for you to fully enjoy it. Your feedback is invaluable to us and will help us address these areas of opportunity to improve both the time spent in the park and in Cobá. We also apologize for any inconvenience experienced in the archaeological zone; we understand this may have impacted your experience. Although some aspects are beyond our direct control, we will consider your observation as an important point for future improvements. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and to provide you with a more enjoyable experience.
Maya Adrenaline offers an action-packed experience! We took an ATV tour, soared on four zip lines (one stretching 1 km long), did a Maya Ceremony and swam in a cenote with a bat cave. At the end a small but alright buffet (plate with food). Our tour guide was fantastic, and the contact via WhatsApp was very smooth. Pickup and drop-off were also well-organized. Highly recommend for an unforgettable adventure!
Thank you very much for your comment, this opinion is valuable for us in our company, it helps us provide feedback and we can improve every day
The whole place is dirty and run down, with piles of rubbish everywhere. They rush you from activity to activity only for you to stand around queueing. The guide was not fun or interesting or engaging. It’s extremely overpriced and just feels like a money making scam.
I am very sorry for your perception and that you will not enjoy the tour, keep in mind that there are various factors that can affect the tour, however I truly apologize for this situation. This opinion is very valid and allows us to see areas of opportunity in which we can improve.
Great experience, with very nice tourguides. Especially the cenote was impressive. Lunch was nice and the Maya Cobá tour was impressive

We enjoyed a day of fun with atv’s (1 and 2- seat quads) zip lines (1 large one over the trees and 3 smaller ones through the trees), a swim in a gorgeous underground cenote and a delicious meal. Request PEDRO for your tour guide, he was amazing!
