Great trip. I had a very knowledgeable guide - Jesús - who did the trip in both English + Spanish. For me, the main purpose was to go to Chichen Itza. The other stops were a nice addition. If you plan to visit Tulum, I recommend booking this trip from there as you stop there to pick people up before going to Yucatan. Otherwise, a good option to visit Chichen Itza from Playa del Carmen.
I want to tell you about my regrettable experience last August 13, 2025 with this excursion which I call a real shame. They knew perfectly well that there was a possibility of storms that afternoon and yet they changed the order of the excursion visiting the cenote in the morning without giving any explanation. After a boring and unnecessary visit to a Mayan town where a shaman tells you a movie and wastes a lot of time and eating there (the very poor food by the way) it starts to rain and just when we arrive in Chichen Itza comes a brutal storm. The guiding decision was NOT TO WAIT A MINUTE forcing people to soak (including older people) offering neither umbrellas nor raincoats. That we buy the street vendors (who took advantage of it clearly) Ridiculous and dangerous the guide in the middle of the storm without seeking refuge telling the story of the place, little more and we swam out. Just when the storm went it was time to go and to finish of course they didn't wait either. Worst outing of my life and total theft.
The tour was altogether far too long and therefore exhausting. The guides were friendly and striving, but the language implementation was sometimes difficult – one of the guides spoke extremely quickly between Spanish and English, which made understanding difficult and very demanding. The conclusion in Valladolid was particularly disappointing: There was hardly any time to see anything. The stoppage seemed superfluous. Rather paint the place and make the tour more compact.

Very good experience. The guide knew a lot, the tour is long but we had time to rest between the destinations. Like other tours, there was an important commercial part, which after a while ends up getting boring. The extra time to shop was sometimes unnecessary. At the end of the tour, on tips while the team deserves monetary recognition for their excellent work, the final speech to receive tips was a bit extreme. It made me think that the variable part of the income of the guides should be reviewed in the company.
The tour guide Jesus was pretty knowledgeable but I’m highly annoyed that we waited at each stop a good 20 minutes for those who decided to be late. I didn’t like how they spent so much time trying to bum up tips from you as they were going back to the hotels. The Cenote and Chichén Itzá were amazing but the Mayan village and lunch were just so so.
Thanks your for your comments, we will consider to improve our service.
Very informative. Great tour long day but well worth it! Beautiful sites at the Cenote. Tour operators very friendly and give you alot of info.
Thanks your for your comments, hope you can give us the opportunity to travel with us again in the future.
The bus ride is comfortable, but restroom was inoperable. The Cenote was nice, good location and tourist amenities. The Chichen Itza ruins are great, no long lines. Vallalodid city was nice stop for food, tourist items and church visit. Will recommend to family and friends
Thanks you for your comments, there are very important for us.
Unforgettable. Awesome tour of Valladolid, where they should've let us 1 hour, instead of only 30 minutes. Chichen Itza was wonderful, we had a guide that gave us many historical information. If you travel to this part of the world visiting Chichen Itza is a must. You will remember it forever. At the end the cenotes was simply spectacular, nature at its best. These people organising the tour they really work their socks off, from the guide inside the coach to the drivers. I send you a big thank you.
Thank you for your comments, we are glad you enjoyed our tour.
Pros: This tour is very good... We enjoyed Chichen Itza - it was hot but bring fan, umbrella, water and sunblock. Cenote is only 1 hour :( and Valladolid Church 30 mins. The lunch buffet was good. Transportation is comfortable and clean. Ernesto was nice we gave him good tip. I recommend this tour. Cons: They pick us at 7am at our hotel. The issue is until 9:50am they still picking up people from different locations without telling us. You should inform people who's already in the bus the time of the tour. We didn't have enough time at the Cenote and Valladolid. But we still enjoy the tour

Ok it was a great trip. I'm saying this first if you want more time and each place this is something u should do on your own and not in a big group. Yes we had 2 hours at Chichen Itza but by the time u get off bus, get tickets and stand in line through security. Your time goes down. U have to take in account for all that. We got like 30mins on our own after the guided tour. To take pictures and to walk around to see everything. They do have vendors there. Way cheaper than the place you stop first for lunch. They tell you not to buy from them cuz they will scam you. Yes if u don't know what your doing they will get you. One of the vendors tried to tell me I could have something for free lol. Yeah ok. Same with the other places you go ur in a hurry and feels rushed. So again if u want more time don't book with a large tour. We had a bus full. The buffet was awesome the food was great. I gave it 4 stars only because it just felt rushed. I give props to the diver at the center who found my phone. My daughter had jumped off the ledge and ended doing a belly flop. She started crying and was hurting. Without realizing I didn't have my phone around my neck I put it down and swam to her. I felt the people were awesome and nice every place we stopped. Thank you for all the info and knowledge the tour guides had.
