Caminata a la Cumbre Ruco Pichincha
Descripción
Una experiencia única donde puedes deleitarte con el paisaje de un volcán extinto, todo cerca de la ciudad, esta caminata no es una competencia para ver qué tan lejos puedes caminar en poco tiempo, solo necesitas relajarte y confiar en que llegarás al arriba y visite un gran lugar donde viven los espíritus.

Itinerario
Comenzaremos a recoger a todos los participantes desde su ubicación (en caso de que esté más lejos de la ciudad buscaremos un punto de encuentro). Después de comprar sus boletos en Teleférico, subiremos a la estación Alta y luego caminaremos hasta la cumbre del Rucu Pichincha. Dependiendo de tu condición física pararemos en lugares específicos para tomar un respiro. En una hora y media llegaremos a la Cueva del Oso y nos prepararemos para la última hora de caminata. Durante todo el camino veremos diferentes tipos de plantas y animales. Cuando lleguemos al basamento de roca tomaremos otro respiro para continuar hasta la cumbre. Este es el momento de tomar fotografías y disfrutar de la soledad de la montaña. Esta caminata podría durar al menos 3 horas o más hasta la cima. y dos horas de regreso a la estación del teleférico. Al regresar a la primera estación del Teleférico, encontraríamos nuestro transporte listo para regresar a casa. Otras cosas a considerar - En temporada de lluvias nuestro objetivo será la Cueva del Oso para seguridad de todos los participantes.

Our experience with Cecilia and Sommer Ekvator was absolutely exceptional and one of the highlights of our trip to Ecuador. Not only is the mountain beautiful, very high but at the same time relatively accessible, but the views of the city of Quito are excellent. What surprised me most, however, was the friendliness of the couple who were our guides, Cecília and David, who are also experienced mountaineers. They explained to me the location of the dozen peaks visible throughout the tour and which constitute the so-called "Avenue of Ecuador's volcanoes". TOP!
Our guides were absolutely amazing! Unfortunately the original hike we purchased had closed access a week prior. Our guides did an excellent job recommending some alternative hikes, so we ended up going to Cotopaxi (which was amazing). Along the way, they picked up a 3rd guide who had intimate knowledge of Cotopaxi since she had grown up in its magnificent shadow. They were incredibly knowledgeable and literally treated us like family. I hope we cross paths with them again. Thank you for an amazing adventure!
