Traveled with someone who needed assistance and the museum people were super helpful. Upper floor windows should be admired as a whole, detailing them is next to impossible but you can try.

La entrada es gratuita para menores de 18 años y ciudadanos de la UE menores de 26 años, previa presentación del DNI en taquilla antes de acceder a la entrada. Saint Chapelle es una joya del estilo gótico. Alberga famosas reliquias cristianas, por ejemplo la corona de espinas de Cristo. La Iglesia cuenta con 15 vidrieras de 15 metros de altura.

Walk-through Sainr Chappelle’s website directly
Saint Chappelle is very neat to see. It’s not large, and 20 to 3 minutes is sufficient for this. I would, however, recommend booking directly through Saint Chappelle’s website, instead of through Viator. They add a markup and provide no value that I can see.

Go to the bathroom before you go
The chapel itself was beautiful but there were no bathrooms available for women. Not acceptable for this to happen

Trip Advisor tickets did not work for Saint Chapelle. They did not scan, and refused us entrance. I am so disappointed.

Saint Chapelle
Very unorganized and long lines even with skip the line tickets. Workers are rude and unapologetic. There are many other sites to visit in Paris that can be seen and to explore .

Hot
San Chapelle was closed due to the heat. We were not told this in advance and only found out when we got there and saw a sign on the wall. To their credit Viator did refund our money.

It was very hot, so they closed the Sainte-Chapelle without warning us.

Que takes you after booked time terrible
Had a 4 o'clock entry. Was advised to come back at 4pm then when arrived at 4pm sent to back of group booking que. Did not get in until after 45 minutes and the que was not managed so people were coming from the back!

Cancelled due to extreme heat and was never notified.
We should have been notified thru our reservation that YOU WERE CANCELLING OUR TOUR prior to spending the money on an uber to get there. The cancellation started on the 11th of July so your had plenty of time to notify us of the cancellation prior to our actual reservation.
