We couldn't go home without having a dinner cruise in the seine while in paris. We booked a window table and for a couple, it is worth the money since it is more intimate. We had good personal photos with eiffel tower and some buildings while cruising. The staff was decent. The food was mediocre and it was expected. We got the beef entree and the cut was so cheap and bland. We realized that we are paying for the experience and the ambiance and we have to compromise on quality of food. The live singer was nice and she was a good addition to the night, eventhough she only came twice to the back of the boat and she was mainly singing to the front tables of the boat " trying to justify the extra fee for the front tables". Just make sure to leave your hotel ahead of time, since the traffic in its peak during the departure time.

This was an amazing experience. The dinner was very good and the sights were incredible along the river. The Effie Tower lit up at night from the river was a wonderful view. The pictures we were able to take are going up on the wall at home. I would clearly recommend the tour. We did pay extra to be right up next to the windows. This was worth it. You can also go outside on the back of the boat to take photos.

Great food and service. You don’t have to up-sell to have a wonderful experience. A variety of fellow travelers.

It is a decent enough experience but very poor value for money as we paid £380. A pleasant atmosphere on board and our table was spacious and by the window. We tried to make conversation with our waiter but he wasn't very interested in engaging with us - it seemed the waiting staff were all quite stretched. The food was mediocre at best - you get a good choice on the menu but it was not good quality and certainly not worth the price. The ride along the river was nice but the reflection on the windows meant you didn't get a clear view of many of the sights. Overall I would not recommend this trip. Your money can be much better spent by doing the hop-on hop-off Batobus along the river and getting a good dinner at a reputable restaurant in Paris.

Premier was not worth the price. We did not get a window seat, nor were we in front of boat. We were toward the front third or half way point, interior. Glass from our view was foggy, bright lights right above our hear and really could not see out. Food was not very good either. I should have just done the basic for the experience, or another vendor.

We did this same company on a dinner cruise in April of this year. It rained so we decided to do it again on this trip. We booked the same category, the most expensive premier window at the front of the boat. We were one of the first to check-in, had booked months in advance and they took us to a table that was not in the forward section, under bright lights next to the serving station. Yes, $600+ for this and we were one of the first seated. We asked if this was correct and they said yes. We asked for another table. Just before the entire forward cabin was filled, after requesting to rebook for another time we were moved to the only table available just as another couple was almost seated there. — If you want pictures, there is a horrible glare on the windows from the table lights so nothing turns out but the reflection of everyone sitting around you. Service was a disgrace as every course was late being served, food was non-edible and I’m not exaggerating. Totally tasteless tough meat and the sauce was extremely acidic. The mashed potatoes were I instant, no salt or pepper provided so there was not even a way to try to help it. The service was completely rushed and food was just put on the table with no follow-up whatsoever. Our last course was dessert and coffee served as we were just about docked and the coffee came several minutes later not even luke warm. As we were leaving cookies were being placed on the table? So, I guess we missed something. I would not book with this company ever again. To pay for the most expensive experience and being the last to be served was horrible. Champagne and wine that was included was also of poor quality. Sadly, our previous experience left a lot of disappointment for this cruise. Our time and money would have been better served elsewhere.

It was on time. The food was excellent - especially the cheesecake! A must get! The views were good but the Eiffel Tower sparkling at the end made the night

The food was nice and service was excellent. The sights were good if you paid to be in a window seat. The interior seating left a lot to be desired. There was no narration for the sights we were seeing. I’m sure we missed many for lack of anyone pointing them out. Better to take the trip after you have explored the city and know what you might be looking at.
