Visite la Laguna Azul, una de las maravillas del mundo, durante su visita a Islandia. Las salidas desde BSI Bus Terminal son cada hora según el horario de apertura de la Laguna Azul. Después de haber disfrutado de todo lo que la Laguna Azul tiene para ofrecer, puede regresar a Reikiavik o ser dejado en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Keflavík (KEF). La entrada a la Laguna Azul no está incluida y se debe reservar con antelación.

• Por favor, estar en el punto de recogida designado al menos 30 minutos antes de la salida. Nuestros vehículos están bien marcados con las excursiones de Reykjavik. • Cada conductor tiene algunas paradas, por lo que puede tomar hasta 30 minutos para terminar de recoger a todos, por lo que no hay necesidad de preocuparse si el autobús no está allí de inmediato.

We weren’t getting in the water. Just went to view the Lagoon and had to wait 2 hours for bus transfer back to city.
Olivia made our trip truly delightful! She drove us to Blue Lagoon provided outstanding service. Along the way, she shared fascinating information about the area, pointing out key landmarks and giving us a better understanding of Reykjavík and the surrounding region. They promise the bus is going to be there, that they track the flights, but it was not. We had to wait for 2h or take a taxi to the blue lagoon. We paid isk11000 just to go to lagoon, and didn't get any reimbursement for the bis that did not wait for us. I thought people in Iceland were one of the most honest in the world, they're not!

The driver was extremely rude. We originally intended to get off at Stop No. 5, but when we arrived nearby, we changed our mind and informed him that we would instead get off at Stop No. 3, which was only two minutes away. He shouted at us, asking why we had not informed him earlier. We explained that we had simply changed our minds and that passengers should be allowed to do so without being treated disrespectfully.

Convenient schedule and the bus is punctual and comfortable. I am highly recommend to do the blue lagoon a day itinerary.

We had a wonderful time, the trips were easy to book and their employee Xavier was amazing, went above and beyong with helping us, very professional, had a lot of patience and insight for us. Our tour guide Jön was very funny and full of positive energy as well as having a ton of information and interesting facts.

We joined this visit through a travel agent. The visit was excellent. The bus driver VERBALLY told us the return trip would be 6:30 and 8:30pm. There was no black and white information. After dinner at Lava restaurant, we came to pickup point at 8:20 pm. We waited at the cold and windy pickup point for 20 min. Then I phone to the tour supplier and she told me that the last bus had gone at 8:15 pm, and she advised me to take the taxi back to hotel. At last, I spent 25000 ISK to the taxi back to the city.
Had Ana amazing experience here, it was expensive however, well worth it for 3 hours. Staff are friendly, not too crowded once in there. If going in a group.wait for each other as when you first go in, the steam is every where and you can't find your party. We did basic package, no need for upgrade, and don't really need robe to go into the lagoon with.
