Recomendación de horario importante : Si ya tiene ferry el mismo día o boletos de vuelo que regresan a Puerto Rico continental, le recomendamos encarecidamente reservar el primer tour en kayak disponible para permitir el tiempo suficiente para su viaje de regreso. Pros: definitely once in a lifetime experience. Guide was funny, charismatics and personable. The kayaks being clear are a nice touch. Your guide made sure he taught us how to take pics and video since it is very tricky. Cons: Lots of life jackets in poor condition. Concerns over vehicles condition. Not very organized. Initially, our tour guide told us to only follow the red light which was exclusive for our group but once there, there were multiple red lights and at some point another group came too close to ours and a kayak hit mine. I guess they were equally confused and followed the wrong red lights. Thankfully I am an experienced kayak rider so I was able to maneuver mine and avoid the other one rapidly coming at me. However, this would’ve been way different for some of the other people (some kids) in my group. The tour started late almost 7:35 pm when it was scheduled for 7 pm. We almost missed the last ferry, even when 3/4 of the group made the coordinators aware we had to be there before 9:30. The drive back was extremely unsafe. Speed wise, the road condition, and the fact there are lots of wild horses all over made all of us in the van very uncomfortable.
We did a private tour, and it was a beautiful surprise; my boyfriend proposed to me, and the guide was part of it all. It was an experience to tell that we will never forget.
I have to be honest; I was not very sure because I went days very close to the full moon and was afraid I would not appreciate everything as it truly is, but that bay is so special that it does not matter the phases of the moon; everything shone around me. It was a very beautiful experience. The guides, William, Danny, and Derek, were very professional and organized, and we had no problems getting to the ferry back to PR on time. It is an experience I would recommend to all my friends and family.

It was beautiful to see the bioluminescent bay with the clear kayaks. I recommend it since the Tropical Reef group treated us very well, and we arrived at the ferry safely.
One of my best family vacations. My children and my parents enjoyed it. The water shone through the kayaks and in my hands. We arrived at the ferry on time.
Tour operator “decided” to move my tour date up from 9pm to 7:30pm citing “wind” but other kayak tours were still operating. Someone began calling/texting around 5:30pm-when I was eating and preparing for the tour. Arrived on site at 8pm to discover they were closed. Tour operator did respond via text and asked me to come the next day, which was not going to work since I had only booked and planned to stay on Vieques for one night. Tour operator showed me a screenshot of refund issued from Viator, but it has not yet hit my account 24hours later. If not received, will dispute charge.
It was probably one of the best excursions that we did on the island, William what’s the best , he towed us in and he was full of information
