It was a small catamaran and unfortunately it moves a lot when the waves are strong, which can make very sick people suffering from seasickness, however the staff was very attentive, present making sure that everyone was well.

This is a great adventure to Isla Mujeres. The crew is great & you have some time to explore. Make sure you note the distance from your resort or hotel to accommodate the remainder of your schedule for the day; this is a longer excursion.

Amazing experience and I highly recommend the private tour! Willie and his first mate Fernando were the absolute best. The attended for every need and truly made this the best experience! We all said this was the best part of our Cancun experience. Thank you!

This was something I was looking forward to for a month. I booked it on my debit and had to replace the card so I cancelled my original booking and REBOOKED for the same day same time so I waited outside for about 20 minutes past pick up time before I started calling. Finally I get through and I find out that The tour operator Riccardo assumed I wasn’t doing the excursion so he did not arrange my transportation or my booking. He just apologized and said he could do it Friday, that was the end of my trip so I said ok and then hung up. My friend suggested we do something else so I looked and booked a similar excursion through the hotel. Once I booked it I cancelled the booking with Riccardo, requested my refund and it is now being escalated. I work way too hard to have this happen. I hadn’t had a day off for about a month until this vacation. I just want my money back.

We were told we would be picked up at our hotel and no one showed up. When we called they said they had us down for another day. We already had our week planned so we couldn’t go another day. We ended up taking a cab to Cancun which they said they would pay for when we got to the marina. When we checked In they said we would have to get with the company to get reimbursed the $70. The trip back to playa del Carmen was difficult as there was no air conditioning in the van. Other than the transportation the trip was pretty good.

I had an amazing time on this mini trip to Isla Mujeres! I was in Mexico for the week of my birthday and booked this cruise specifically for my actual birthday; needless to say I had a blast! The food was great, the drinks were AMAZING the tour guides were so fun and the crew was cute ;). The entire trip was fun, and I WILL be doing this again!

I have been to Isla Mujeres many times, this was my least favorite visit. We had a group of 7 and were led to believe we would be on our own boat. Not the case at all. The driver was over 30 minutes late. Not bad for us, but for the poor family that was already in the van - over 1.5 hrs in the van. When we get there, there were 100's of people waiting to get on the cats. A salesman tried to up sell us to a package that we had already purchased for an additional $45 per person. Watch for this. Total scam. We missed the cat were were supposed to be on, so had to wait another 45 minutes. At least 50 people on the cat. Snorkeling was poor and only for 20 minutes with 100's of other people in the water. Then for 2 stops at Isla Mujeres. Crowded beaches, not the best. 2nd stop was lunch. Lunch buffet okay. Liked waiter. Okay beach area at 2nd stop. Tried to up sell golf cart ride to see more of island. No sailing of course. Some people may love this trip, but not for me or any of our group. Prefer more personalized experience that take you to better spots. The poor family that shared our ride there had to wait an hour for our return before we traveled back to our resort. Van that picked us up was nice enough. Would not recommend this trip.

The transport was 45 minutes late; He had stopped at the pick up point 20 minutes earlier and didn't even ask our names. When we got to the embarkation point they tried to have us pay $40 US each more to get on the same boat we had already paid. The crew on the boat was great! We would have enjoyed snorkeling longer although the reef where we snorkeled was very crowded and not a lot of fish. The luncheon at the beach club was fantastic and their staff was great! The sailing was wonderful!

We took 11 people on this trip and had a Great Time! Crew was very attentive! Drinks and Lunch very nice sitting on a Catamaran on the Ocean! Safety was priority and we had a lot of fun on Isla Mujeras!!! Alex our guide was Amazing and knowledgeable! Highly suggest this trip!!

This trip was sold to us by Arturo who is hired at Sandos Caracol in Playa del Carmen. He provided us with wrong information, sold us the tour at an adults-only beach as the perfect fit for us as a couple. However, the vast majority were families. Additionally, he told us there would be no more than 25 people, however, there were definitely more than 25! The time he sold us the trip, he showed us pictures of a boat that was way bigger than the one we would have had. Further, he referred to a cabin on the boat which intended that 1st the boat would provide more privacy and 2nd would be bigger as also shown in the picture.
