Itinerario

Our trip was well organised we were picked up on time our driver was very friendly and knowledgeable, we opted for the lunch which was fantastic value. Our tour guide unfortunately can't remember her name was a lovely lady (blonde hair) and was amazing when guiding us around the camps with her knowledge and with the respect she showed for the camps. Highley recommend booking with this company. Thx for looking after us regards annemarie
Myself and my friend, went on the tour to Aushwitz,we were picked up very promptly outside our hotel as arranged. We sat in front with the driver as there was only 2 of us,Michal was very friendly and very knowledgeable,we also booked our lunch and what we got for the money was absolutely great,he explained everything in detail about gaining access into Although Aushwitz itself was emotional,it was a great experience, one which I will go again with my Husband and Son this year.Michal made the experience and I would definitely recommend using Cracow yours, and you will be very lucky if Michal is your driver.😊
We booked an expensive and good trip for 86 euros. The night before, the organizer got a message that the tour has been cancelled. We had come to Krakow for this. It was really hard to get a reservation for the Ausc.-Birkenau excursion anymore. We left on our own in the morning by bus there. There were no bus tickets for sale. We only got the tickets from the driver and we were worried if we could fit on the only bus that went there. There we waited for 3.5 hours to get into the museum. We had to take a group of Polish speaking guide. We didn't understand anything. We just followed. Fortunately, there were English texts. Same thing when we left. No ride. We waited for the 6:15 p.m. bus again, anxious to see if we would get on. Fortunately, it worked. The whole trip took 12 hours and it was a struggle to get to the whole museum. Yes, the whole museum structure is poorly organized. It wasn't even the tourist season. So, if you are going here, find out and try to book everything in time and even after that you will have to fear whether the trip will be successful.
Really good tour and smoothly run. Only negative was i couldn't sit next to my partner on the travelling bus. I think that should have been considered.
The trip was organized excellently . Drivers safe , punctual and informative , guides extremely knowledgeable and interesting
It was a very emotional but worthwhile trip and our guide was excellent- we found it very harrowing but its definitely a must see experience
This may be a long review, but we had a long day. Please bear with me. It seems I purchased this tour without a transfer. I wasn't aware of this until I called the tour company from the meeting point wondering where our ride was. Surprise! I purchased the wrong ticket. I'd like to know how I did that, but that option isn't even available at the time of writing this review. (The company just let me know that they removed this option because it was confusing. I'll attach a screenshot.) Hmm.. go figure. All I know that I was very much under the impression that I was getting a ride there. It was the whole point of booking this tour after all. Now that I know this, I can go back to to the confirmation and see the two words 'without transfer' in the description, but I must have missed that while reading the whole page of pickup instructions and locations. The whole process was very misleading. Ok, so there we are at the pick up location on the phone with the tour company with a decision to make. Do we try to get to Auschwitz on our own with no time to spare? The company told us on the phone that we couldn't get a refund, but we could get a taxi and meet up with the driver and the rest of the group at the first stop. Fine, they already denied us a refund and this our only day available to do this tour that we were looking forward to. But, nobody told us that not only was there no transportation to get there, but also no transportation to get to the other stops. It cost $60 (prices in USD) for the hour long taxi to Auschwitz and the salt mines are over an hour away from there. Now my wife and I are stranded there and have to decide to either pay over $60 for a taxi to the salt mines and hope we can get home from there or just give up and go home. We did the latter. Nothing like being convinced to pay a bunch of money to rush to a place you'll be stranded at. My guess is that they did this because once we actually showed up to the tour it would be much harder for us to get a refund from Viator. The tour itself was very good, but this tour is run by the museum. No credit goes to the company for this. They just get you there. In my case, they didn't. We paid $94 for two tickets that we could have purchased directly from the museum for $42. I suppose their $52 was for the confusion, frustration, and handing me tickets I could have purchased myself. Even if you want to do a 'no transfer' tour, just book directly from the museum and donate the extra $52 if you are really set on spending $94. There seriously isn't any added benefit to buying from this company. They also didn't provide us with the lunch that was included in the ticket. Other people had lunch, but I guess that is also a transfer perk. The phrase for the day was, "Sorry, we can't help you." This was honestly the worst tour experience we have ever had. I wanted to give this company a chance because they had less reviews than the other companies and the tour was longer than the other companies so we thought we'd be less rushed and more relaxed. We should have gone with one of the bigger more reviewed companies.
We are very sorry that this has happened, but unfortunately it happened. However, dear Sir, I would like to correct a few details here: Our company sells a trip to Auschwitz-Birkenau museum in the summer season in several options - that's natural, we want to have different options for different types of customers, after season we turn off some of them, let only these main one. When making a reservation, it is written exactly what is included in a given option and what is not. later, the Viator shows all "included" from all available optins which can actually be confusing, we do not know why it is, but when you enter into the details of the options - you can see exactly what you are ordering, the option you have booked includes only the admission tickets, which is practiced by people traveling in their own cars There is no lunch-box because they only join our groups in the museum and don't have to queue for tickets. You received detailed information 2 days earlier about the option you chose, along with the exact address of the meeting point: "Address: Stanisława Leszczyńska 16, 32-600 Oświęcim, Main entrance" - this indicates a different city, should give you some thought Regarding our help for you, I believe that the company made the right decision advising you to join the group at your own expense, because tickets in museums are personal and non-refundable, there is no possibility of returning them. So you would have to pay for this trip again anyway, because there was no refund option for the tickets we bought you in your name anyway. If you call us 20 minutes after the hour of departure from Krakow and the car was already outside the city and full and there was no place in it, it was the best help from our employees that they could offer you. They also helped you with the entrance because you were late and you would not have entered the first part of the tour without the help of the driver who also took you to the second part while the whole group was waiting I hope that during the next vacation you will book a trip with which you will be satisfied, do not look at the lowest price because this usually has some additional costs or is intended, like ours, for a special group of people, about which we always inform our guests in advance It's also a bit sad to see negative feedback because the customer didn't read the message, maybe there was too much rush here
Michel is very efficient, helpful, and service with a smile. He is one of the best tour driver I ever had, and I do travel a lot.
