Fundada el 27 de abril de 1940, Auschwitz se convirtió en el lugar de exterminio por condiciones inhumanas y destrucción física de prisioneros. Fue el mayor campo de exterminio del régimen nazi y durante su recorrido un guía autorizado lo llevará sensiblemente a ver las cercas de alambre de púas, torres de vigilancia, cuarteles, horcas y cámaras de gas; estos representan las circunstancias en las que tuvo lugar el genocidio nazi.

Te recogeremos en cualquier dirección de Cracovia. En su mayoría utilizamos 8 monovolúmenes pax. En ciertos días, nos reservamos el derecho de reemplazar el monovolumen por un automóvil más grande y organizar un punto de encuentro en lugar de una recogida en el hotel. Esto se debe al alto volumen de reservas, el número de nuestros coches es limitado, al mismo tiempo que queremos asegurar que todos puedan reservar. La hora de recogida es posible entre las 6:00 AM - 1 : 30 PM. Su hora preferida no está garantizada. Se le informará por WhatsApp / correo electrónico o mensaje de texto sobre la hora exacta un día antes del tour. Muy importante: Debido al creciente interés en las reservas en el Museo Auschwitz-Birkenau, nos gustaría animarle a hacer sus reservas lo antes posible. Very comfortable tour to both the camps, guide was really knowledgeable. Oleek is really very helpful. The tour starts from the hotel and ends at the hotel. Overall it was a excellent experience for me and my friend. I recommend this trip. It costs 400 zt and visit is of 3 hours

Terrible experience with this agency. I am strangely disappointed. They changed our time and our guide was in English and not in Italian as per the reservation. Considering the high price, I am really annoyed.
I apologize for the inconvenience, but we try to specify on the website that the tour is in English, whereas you received books in Italian. As for the pickup time, that is also to be determined.
Please be aware Comfort Tours Cracow may switch your tour tickets last minute with guide speaking another language. While we booked and paid for hotel pickup with English guided tour we were provided tickets for Polish tour when we arrived! We were informed the evening before it was possible an alternative language tour may be provided if no english tickets were available but by this time it was too late to do anything. After speaking to others in group who had same experience apparently this is not uncommon because tour companies are only middleman who provides transportation and buys ticket day before and marks up cost. Comfort Tours Cracow is not transparent about this. Neither was HeadOut - though all the resellers like Viator and Get Your Guide use same practice. You would be better off buying ticket directly from Auscwitz museum and arranging private transportation or taking train.
Dear Tom, Of course, I understand your disappointment. In your case, the ticket with a Polish-speaking guide was intended solely to grant you access to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum grounds. We do not expect you to participate in a tour conducted in Polish. However, in a situation where there was no other option, we wanted to ensure that you could enter the Museum grounds. Our driver explained the problem to you. Certain dates are extremely popular, and securing an English-speaking guide for those dates requires booking as much as three months in advance.

Our driver arrived promptly and messaged us stating when and where he would be. He was very polite and caring (he assisted me in and out of the vehicle!!!) He was very patient; for example when my wife lost her hat whilst taking off her earphones and went to enquire about it he kindly waited for her to return. He stopped on the way back to Krakow for passengers to have a 'comfort break' which was considerate and I thought his driving was exemplary.
