After a timing snag the operator was responsive and helpful to reschedule. my 13, 18, 19, 21 year old children had an amazing time on this trip! They picked up and dropped off at our hotel and it sounds like it will be a highlight of the whole vacation for them!
This was undoubtedly one of the most beautiful experiences of our vacation. The excursion is perfectly organized and combines adventure, nature, and fun into one unforgettable day. The quad tour was thrilling and suitable even for those, like us, traveling with family. We had a 5-year-old girl with us who had a great time from start to finish, feeling part of the adventure in total safety. The zip line was spectacular, with breathtaking views and an incredible adrenaline rush. But the most exciting moment was definitely the swim in the cenote. Thanks to our truly exceptional guide, we had the opportunity to explore it thoroughly by entering the inner cave. It was something magical, hard to describe in words: crystal-clear water, wonderful natural formations, and a unique atmosphere that we will carry in our hearts. Even the lunch was very good and well organized, perfect to conclude a day full of emotions. A special thanks to our guide, always attentive, professional, friendly, and passionate. She made the experience even more special by helping us discover places and details that we would have never seen on our own. I recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Mexico, both couples and families with children. An experience that is worth every single minute and that I would do again immediately!
The activities were nice and fun to do. But beware of the extra 40$ (USD) charge for the “Mexican government”. The ATV was cool, you go up and down the same street you came through. It’s about 10 minutes. The zip line was cool too and fun. The cenote was the best part but you really just go towards the end and come back and they rush you to leave. You don’t really enjoy the cenote just see the sights. They also take pictures and if you don’t buy them they get angry and talk bad in Spanish about everyone. I know Spanish so I understood everything they said. They rush you to go eat which is beans, rice and cut up pork chops. It seems like you’re more of a nuisance to the workers than anything else. They also get mad if you don’t tip them 500 Mexican pesos. Just beware.
It would be better if i was raining and their was mud on the road, then the atv wud have been a lot better. Omg the zipline was crazy fun especially the 1 that goes in the water, make sure u r brave cause that Cenote in the cave was crazy it was scary but fun at the same time. Try ti get CJ he was so nice helpful cause I cant swim but he made sure I was safe in the cave. All In all an amazing experience for sure
The zip line and cenotes were so amazing, the quad ride wasn’t so much. Over all a great experience.
Excellent! First Cenote experience ❤️🇲🇽
We visited this park for the atv experience and was one of the most complete drive experiences we have had is around 59 minutes driving and then the cenote is like a cave and is amazing my girlfriend loves the nature and she loved it Food is ok Service is excellent The place is amazing
this one was def a very fun day, really worth it lol, chichen itza was so cool in person and the cenotes were sooo pretty esp for pics. maría and eduardo were really good guides, super nice and kept everything organized without making it feel rushed. overall just a really solid experience
Excellent experience Nice people The activities were great The cenote was amazing and the atv drive was awesome 45 minutes in total Totally worth it!
we had such a fun day on this tour! Riding the ATVs through the jungle was awesome, way longer than we thought and kinda wild but that’s what made it fun. The ziplines were sick and got the heart pumping, and the cenote was perfect to cool off after all the sun. The guides were super chill and made everything easy, and lunch was actually really good too. It was a full day of adventure, we left tired but stoked. Totally recomend it if you wanna do something active and different while in Tulum.
