The visit to Macchu Picchu was excellent & very well organised. We met Hilda at 6am in our hotel lobby, and she made it totally seamless for us, from getting us to the queue for the bus, and getting all the tickets done. She took us up the trail to take photos st dunrise. She made the hike enjoyable & fun, and pointed out plants and local culture to us. Then Gregory took over about 2 hours later, taking us through the old ruins of Macchu Picchu. He was very knowledgeable and patient, and it was thoroughly enjoyable. It was a bit of a walk, but we always felt safe and well taken care of by these guides. Pleaae ask for them if you go! Excellent experience!

Great experience so far. Well understood historical background. Guild is also really kind. Best trip so far. Strongly recommend for everyone especially who want to restrain cost and enjoy trip with different languages. By the way my guild was really good at taking pictures.

Machu Picchu guided tour was absolutely the highlight! Guide Gregory did an amazing job explaining the history of the place and sharing the local culture with us. It was absolutely worth it to enter the site at 6 am.

We couldn't recommend this tour company more! All tours to sacred valley, machu picchu, rainbow mountain, and humantay lake were done promptly and professionally. All our tour guides were extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the sites, particularly Alberto. He was so friendly and caring and gave us so much information about the history of Peru. He took the most beautiful photos of us which we will cherish forever.

Peru is such a beautiful country, and Cusco is the cherry on top. So much history, culture and extraordinary gastronomy. The best part of Visit South America is the amazing guides they have, all were great but discovering the Sacred Valley with Noe was the best experience by far, he takes UNBELIEVABLE pictures and knows all the secrets of the region. Please don’t miss out on the oportunity to explore Cusco and it’s sorroundings with him. Gregorio is also another gem you should enjoy. He was my guide for discovering Machu Picchu, he was absolutely amazing as well. He answered all my questions and shared with me all the details about his heritage and Inca culture. My only suggestion would be for the agency to have a bit better communication, I was permanently worried every night about my plans for the upcoming day and had to contact them myself to get the details of next day’s itinerary. They also forgot to mention that it’s a MUST to bring your passport to Machu Picchu, I was lucky enough to vbe carrying an electronic copy in my cellphone, if not I would have missed the tour. Thanks so much for everything guys!

BOOK IT! This was the trip of a lifetime and I am so glad I booked through Visit South America. Especially traveling as a group of young women, they made every part of the trip safe, easy, fun, and authentic! Their whole team will work with you closely to make transportation seamless and they have tons of resources at all hours if any problems arise. They are able to tailor the trips to meet your needs and have incredible local tips to help you avoid crowds, they made me feel like anything I wanted to do was possible but also kept my plans realistic so I was able to have a mix of adventures and hikes while having time to relax and recharge. I took incredible photos that I will cherish for the rest of my life. One of our tour guides they arranged for us found out it was my birthday and during that day called the local restaurant they planned to stop at for lunch to make a small birthday cake before we arrived. Such small touches that show everyone they work with is passionate about showing you an unforgettable personal experience. I can't recommend them enough! Be sure to fit in a stay at mountain view resort if possible, it is every animal lovers dream!!!

This was an unforgettable experience. Aiben was an amazing guide who was super informative and was a great laugh! The food was amazing and all the staff involved were super friendly and supportive. I would recommend to all.
