Unablevto access even tho we followed the steps

We could not access the narration even though we downloaded the app . It would not allow us to access the south entrance for the beginning

Operator response

Cathleen, I’m sorry to hear you had trouble accessing my Yosemite GPS Driving Audio Tour. The tour works offline once downloaded and provides full GPS-triggered narration, so it should play without issue if launched at the official start point, and the route is followed. Did you start at the designated start location? If you’re still at the park, I can walk you through the app, or if you’ve left, I can offer a replacement tour or process a refund. I’m available daily from 9 AM–6 PM EST.

Audio tour a disappointment

The audio tour didn't work well for us. The map and the audio would only play on the phone and would not play on the screen in the car.

Operator response

Much too hard to navigate with signal. Disgusted with the charges for non-US residents

We were so excited to explore Yosemite, which was a bucket list of mine. We hired a car and drove 3 1/2 hours only to be told that recently they made changes that Americans can enter for free but Americans must pay $100 USD each. I was having issues with my bank and could not access extra money. This caused so much stress as I was unaware that a national park was charging us so much money to enter. We were extremely disappointed. There is no reception therefore navigation was impossible with a GPS. The map they had given us was not user-friendly. It took us too long to find the beautiful spots. The shuttle bus for the Sequoia Forest closed much too early. The road was closed to drive up and park closer so we had no choice but to walk. By the time we walked down, we were exhausted and it was completely during the night time where we could’ve been attacked by black bears or other animals. It was a traumatic experience for us in the end. It wasn’t worth all the stress.

Operator response

Zorica, I’m very sorry to hear how stressful your Yosemite experience became. That must have been so disappointing after traveling so far for a bucket-list destination. It sounds like you weren’t able to use my audio tour during your visit due to the additional stressors introduced by the park. I’m more than happy to refund or replace this tour with any other one — please let me know. Unfortunately, park entry fees are outside of my control, along with the park’s shuttle service.

This is a very cost effective to see the park on your own time. The recording begins even before you get to the park entrance and navigates you to all the sites providing descriptions and history.

Operator response

Gina, I’m really glad to hear that my Yosemite National Park GPS Driving Audio Tour was a cost-effective way for you to explore the park on your own time. It’s great that you liked how the narration begins even before the entrance and guides you through the sites with descriptions and history—that’s exactly what I designed my tour for. I truly appreciate you sharing your experience.
