Shuttle Service & Parking: Please note parking on site can be busy on weekends and holidays, so we offer guests complimentary shuttle service that picks up and drops off at several area hotels. Please see below for information about individual pickup locations: • Lakeland Village (3535 Lake Tahoe Blvd): Shuttle arrives 80 minutes prior to cruise departure. Meet at the designated bus stop in parking area. Look for sign. • Hotel Azure (3300 Lake Tahoe Blvd): Shuttle arrives 75 minutes prior to cruise departure. Meet at the parking area on Freemont St. • 3 Peaks (9321 Park Ave): Shuttle arrives 65 minutes prior to cruise departure. Meet at the main entrance, adjacent to the lobby. • Station House (901 Park Ave): Shuttle arrives 65 minutes prior to cruise departure. Pick-up on Pine Blvd. Ask front desk for directions. • The Landing (4104 Lakeshore Blvd): Shuttle arrives 60 minutes prior to cruise departure. Meet at the main entrance, adjacent to the lobby. • Harrah's Casino - Lake Tahoe, CA (15 US 50): Shuttle arrives 55 minutes prior to cruise departure. Meet at the rear entrance near the arcade. • Harvey’s Lake Tahoe – Lake Tahoe, CA (18 Hwy 50): Shuttle arrives 55 minutes prior to cruise departure. Meet at the bus loading area nearby the main lobby. • Golden Nugget (50 Hwy 50): Shuttle arrives 45 minutes prior to cruise departure. Meet at the valet entrance at the main lobby.

This experience is definitely one not to miss! The food is not gourmet or fancy, but it is flavorful and good. The entertainment was awesome!! And the views of the lake and surroundings are wonderful!
The wine tour was limited to 4 choices but the food was great and the scenery was amazing. The crew was very nice and the boat was clean
Things started rough. Very slow boarding process as they tried to stop everyone trying to board making it seem mandatory to have a picture taken they could try to sell you later. When we finally boarded we were sat at our table and watched all The tables around us get drink orders in while we were literally ignored. We had to ask the head server for drinks when they finally started to dish out salads. We paid over $700 for (4) people and the dinner was awful quality. The after dinner portion being on the upper deck and simply cruising was spectacular and almost made up for the terrible dinner and service. Finally, big shout out to Joe the bartender. He really turned things around for us with his service post dinner.
Expect to pay $12.00 parking. Credit card only. Friendly and helpful staff, great seating, good meal and wonderful cruise. I highly recommend it.
nice, relaxing, casual attire. There are 2 shifts for dinner. I was charged extra for "premium seating", but there is no such a thing.
We loved the boat, staff, atmosphere, and serenity. It was so beautiful and peaceful! The staff were great. The meal was ‘so-so’.
Parking expense (unless you take shuttle), well organized. Wait staff very efficent. Tables are a little crowded but adiquite. Dinner experience was great. Original steak was over cooked but was remedied within minutes. Happy sailing
We purchased the premium window seat and were denied that seat because they oversold it. The air conditioning broke down which left us in the middle of a hot room packed with people. The service was poor also. We watched everyone next to us get served their second drinks and my husband was still waiting on his first. We asked for more rolls and were told they were out of them and the table next to us got three rounds of rolls. Luckily Tahoe is so beautiful that the view made up for the lack of service.
Many accommodations in the area do not have air conditioning. Had to request a portable room unit!!!
Excellent!! Great experience in all ways. Great food excellent service, beautiful venue! I would do this again and recommend it to everyone.
